Elsa’s tropical storm warnings, watches extend along Florida’s west coast

As Tropical Storm Elsa nears Central Cuba Monday, tropical storm warnings and watches have extended along Florida’s west coast, according to the National Hurricane Center. At 5 a.m. on Monday, the center of Tropical Storm Elsa was located 110 miles east-southeast of Cayo Largo, Cuba, according to forecasters.
