A 1-year-old boy was reunited with his mother late Tuesday evening hours after he was abducted by a man which caused an Amber Alert to be issued. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, William Hannah, 51, is accused of kidnapping a 1-year-old boy named Soull Minnehan from a home in the 3100 block of Hatfield Court in Madison Township, Ohio, at around 5:46 p.m.An Amber Alert was issued and the public was told to be on the lookout for a 2003 black GMC Yukon Denali with license plate number JPG2058 — the vehicle Hannah was driving. Authorities said Hannah was armed and should be considered dangerous. Late Tuesday evening, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office provided a fortunate update. They said the 1-year-old boy was found safe and was reunited with his mother. The child appeared to be unharmed and was being evaluated, the sheriff’s office said.Deputies then took Hannah into custody without incident.
