MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis police department is investigating a shooting that left a man dead and a child injured.
Police said it happened just after 6:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Police said that the man shot at the Oak Court Mall died from his injuries.
According to authorities, the suspect was dressed in light blue pants, green sports shoes, and a hoodie with sleeve stripes.
The suspect(s) fled in a dark-colored sedan, police said.
The investigation is still underway.
