Milwaukee police have issued an Amber alert for two missing Milwaukee children. They are 2-year-old Winter E. Harbour and 1-year-old Safari Harbour. Both children were last seen Sunday in the 3500 block of 13th Street in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee Sensitive Crimes unit.Police said the father of the children, 36-year-old Darrell A. Harbour (pictured below), injured the children’s mother and left in the victim’s vehicle with his two children. He is armed with an firearm.
