An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday evening after a man is accused of abducting a 1-year-old boy in Ohio.According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, William Hannah, 51, allegedly kidnapped a 1-year-old boy named Soul Minnehan from a home in the 3100 block of Hatfield Court in Madison Township, Ohio, at around 5:46 p.m.The sheriff’s office says the suspect is driving a 2003 black GMC Yukon Denali with license plate number JPG2058. Authorities said Hannah is armed and should be considered dangerous.The 1-year-old boy is 36 inches tall and weighs around 38 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. Soul was last seen wearing blue pajamas.The suspect, Hannah, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds.Anyone with information on the suspect or the child’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
