Inti Creates has announced Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (Steam). It will launch on January 27, 2022 for $24.99 / 2,980 yen worldwide.
A physical edition published by Inti Creates will also be available for PlayStation 4 and Switch in Japan, priced at 3,980 yen for the standard edition and 9,980 yen for the limited edition. All physical copies will include the special downloadable content boss “Kohaku Otori” from COGEN: Sword of Rewind. Pre-orders include an A4-size clear file with exclusive art of Lola by illustrator Yoshitaka Hatakeyama. The limited edition includes a strategy guide, Lola Vocal CD, and Music Video Clip DVD.
A physical edition for North America and Europe has yet to be determined, but Inti Creates stressed that it is working with its publishing partners to release a physical edition in the west as close to the digital release date as possible.
