Gal Gun: Double Peace first launched for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on August 6, 2015 in Japan, followed by July 22, 2016 in Europe, August 2, 2016 in North America, and for PC via Steam on September 27, 2016 worldwide.
The Switch version is a port of the previously released versions, but with English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean lagnuage support, as well as a new opening movie featuring a song by heroines Shinobu Kamizono and Maya Kamizono, and nearly all costume downloadable content released for the other versions. There are also additional elements for users who have Gal Gun 2 or Gal Gun Returns save data.
