DNF Duel caught everyone by surprise with its beta late last year, and it seems we now know when we’ll get to play the full deal.
Following the ARCREVO America 2021 finals, Arc System Works announced DNF Duel’s release date as well as a new character in the Female Mechanic.
On top of that, they also confirmed the brand new fighting game will be included on the Arc World Tour 2022 alongside Guilty Gear Strive as the headlining titles with a combined prize pool of over $100,000.
While much of the brief display focused on gameplay from the previously shown Ghostblade, ArcSys does leave us with the stinger of the Female Mechanic class joining the roster too in explosive fashion.
The trailer concludes by revealing DNF Duel will be releasing worldwide on June 28, 2022 where it’ll launch across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
Although it’s releasing more than a month beforehand, DNF will apparently not be included as part of Evo 2022’s official mainstage lineup given what they previously announced.
