Kanye West objects to Kim Kardashian’s divorce demands

It appears Kanye West got in touch with his third attorney.

West filed a response Wednesday to estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s request to be declared legally single amid their ongoing divorce, stating he wants safeguards for his assets in place before a ruling — and claiming Kardashian’s attorney rejected all of his suggestions.

West, now legally known as Ye, appears to be concerned that the Skims founder could remarry before the divorce is finalized, which could be the prompt for the documentation, obtained by Page Six.

In the documents, the “Donda 2” rapper asks that they establish a “right of reimbursement,” in which either party would be reimbursed monies owed in case one of them died. Kardashian’s attorney, however, “asserted that this condition is unnecessary given the premarital agreement.”

West, 44, also wants to ensure that no assets are transferred out of trusts they created, but Kardashian, 41, claims in the documents that such a condition would be “unnecessary” given the terms of their prenup. (The former couple’s prenup has kept all of their assets separate since the start of the marriage.)

“This is not an extravagant request,” the documents state. “This condition merely maintains the parties in the same position they are in now.”

Lastly — and perhaps most notably — West wants the KKW Beauty founder to waive marital privilege until they’ve reached a final custody agreement on their four kids and a finalized property agreement. Without marital privilege, all communications between the Yeezy fashion designer and Kardashian would be part of the court record. West also wants the former E! reality star to waive the privilege if she remarries so any conversations about custody would be accessible in court.

However, West agreed to exceptions related to “income, expenses, assets, debts and employment,” which would remain private.

There is a hearing scheduled for next month to address Kardashian’s legal marital status. Her attorney is A-list divorce maestro Laura Wasser.

The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, who is dating Pete Davidson, filed for divorce from West in February 2021. They share four children: daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 4, and sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.

Kim Kardashian unfollows Kanye West on Instagram after attacks

Kim Kardashian has cut the digital cord.

The Skims founder unfollowed estranged husband Kanye West on Instagram Thursday amid all of his tirades about her, their family and her current beau, Pete Davidson.

We’re told that Kardashian unfollowed West shortly after he posted attacks about the “Saturday Night Live” star to his account, writing, “HI SKETE YOU GOT ANYMORE MENTAL HEALTH JOKES FOR ME?”

In a second post, 44-year-old West said he wasn’t harassing Davidson, he was just getting “payback.”

“This boy thought he could get away with performing this sketch for the team that wrote this for him,” West wrote of the 2018 “Weekend Update” segment in which Davidson blasted West’s MAGA rant.

“This is not harassment This is payback.”

Neither Kardashian, 41, who filed for divorce from West one year ago, nor Davidson, 28, have publicly responded to West’s posts, but now that the “SNL” comic has his own account, he could engage in the comments. The fact that Davidson joined amid all this drama is a brave choice, considering West’s first move was to follow him.

The KKW Beauty founder previously urged West to cease the cyberbullying out of alleged concerns for Davidson’s safety.

Kardashian allegedly expressed concern for Davidson in texts to West.

“U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault,” Kardashian allegedly wrote to the “Flashing Lights” performer.

Davidson, meanwhile, has had an on-again, off-again relationship with the social medium since 2018, when he first abandoned it because he felt it was an “evil place.”

“Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is f–king lit. The fact that I even have to say this proves my point,” he continued. “I love you all and I’m sure I’ll be back at some point. 🙂 your neighborhood goon, Pete.”

As of now, Davidson is following only his girlfriend and actor Sebastian Stan.

Jason Momoa reportedly living in RV after Lisa Bonet breakup

Jason Momoa appears to be living in a pricey RV parked at a friend’s house in Los Angeles after his breakup with Lisa Bonet.

The “Aquaman” actor, 42, was spotted looking quite comfortable around the $750,000 black camper van earlier this week. The RV is situated at his friend’s pad, near the Topanga Hills home where Bonet, 53, and their two kids live.

Momoa looked less than red carpet worthy, wearing a purple T-shirt with holes and white paint stains splattered across it. His luscious long mane also looked like it could’ve used a good brushing, but his blue jeans seemed clean and slimming.

The “Game of Thrones” alum was also spotted on a quiet walk around the property with his assistant.

While Momoa may have downgraded from his $3.5 million home, his Ford RV isn’t the average camper. The actor had the luxury RV customized by Colorado-based company EarthRoamer.

The star appears to be so dedicated to his second home that he rolled up to the 2018 premiere of “Aquaman” in it.

“He stays in it quite often and has opted to sleep in there instead of getting a hotel on set so he can be by the beach,” a source told the Sun. “He’s really not a private jet, luxury resort kind of guy.”

Momoa’s recent spotting comes two weeks after he and Bonet announced their split after 16 years together.

“The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become,” their joint statement read.

The estranged couple began dating in 2005 and secretly wed in 2017. Their statement emphasized that raising their children, Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 13, is still their top priority. Bonet also has daughter Zoë Kravitz, 33, with her ex-husband, Lenny Kravitz.

Momoa’s rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Kelly Clarkson keeping Montana ranch after divorce

Kelly Clarkson’s estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, has to hand over the keys to their Montana ranch, according to E! News.

A judge declared that the property belongs to the 39-year-old talk show host, despite the fact Blackstock, 44, has been living there since they split in June 2020.

Blackstock originally requested that the ranch was “marital property” and should be shared equally between the two, but the judge disagreed since it was Clarkson who paid for the $10.4 million property.

“The Court further finds that the Montana Ranch and the other two Montana properties are not titled in both of the Parties’ names either as joint tenants with right of survivorship or as tenants by the entireties, as required under the PMA to create marital property,” the decision reads in documents obtained by E! News.

“The Court therefore rejects Respondent’s position that the Montana Ranch and other Montana properties are marital property owned 50/50 by the Parties.”

Clarkson previously requested to sell the Montana ranch citing it as a “financial burden” due to the $81,000 a month it costs to maintain. A judge denied the request and instead ordered Blackstock to start paying the monthly fees in April 2021 since he was the only one using the property.

Don’t forget that the music manager receives $200,000 a month from Clarkson in spousal and child support, which a judge ordered in July.

The “Break Away” singer’s divorce has been quite the battle.

Clarkson was awarded primary custody of her and Blackstock’s children — River Rose, 6, and son Remington Alexander, 4 — in Nov. 2020.

A month later, Clarkson accused her ex, his father Narvel Blackstock and his company, Starstruck Management, of “acting illegally” as her manager for years. He later denied the allegations.

Clarkson has since petitioned the court to declare her legally single and to restore her last name as Clarkson.

Angelina Jolie feared for children’s safety during Brad Pitt marriage

Angelina Jolie claims she feared for the safety of her children and family during her marriage to Brad Pitt — and was attacked by Harvey Weinstein early in her career.

In a bombshell interview with The Guardian, Jolie obliquely talked about her never-ending divorce from Pitt while pushing about her new book “Know Your Rights,” stammering “I … I’m still in my own legal situation,” including allegations of child abuse leveled at Pitt.

The actress claims she was scared for “my whole family” during the union.

“I’m not the kind of person who makes decisions like the decisions I had to make lightly,” she told the paper. “It took a lot for me to be in a position where I felt I had to separate from the father of my children.”

Jolie and Pitt share six children: Maddox, 20, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and 13-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Maddox is not included in the ongoing custody battle because he is no longer a minor.

Jolie filed for divorce in 2016. Pitt was cleared of child abuse allegations made by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services regarding an incident between him and Maddox on a plane from the US to Europe.

Jolie and Pitt have six children and are currently in a custody dispute over the five who are still minors.
Splash News

While the duo are now legally divorced, they are still battling over custody of their children.

The “Inglourious Basterds” actor was first granted joint custody of the former couple’s five minor children in May by Judge John W. Ouderkirk, but a California appeals court disqualified Ouderkirk because it was found that he did not adequately disclose business relationships with Pitt’s attorneys.

Ouderkirk, who declined to disqualify himself from their divorce when Jolie asked him to in a 2020 court filing, has a long past with the family. He even married Pitt and the “Maleficent” actress in 2014.

Pitt declined to comment to the Guardian.

When asked about the last five years, Jolie said the divorce had been “traumatic” and added: “I mean, in some ways it’s been the last decade. There’s a lot I can’t say … I think at the end of the day, even if you and a few people you love are the only people who know the truth of your life, what you fight for, or what you sacrifice, or what you’ve suffered, you come to be at peace with that, regardless of everything going on around you.”

Another issue she had with Pitt during their marriage was his willingness to work with rapist Harvey Weinstein whom, she claims, abused her.

“It was beyond a pass, it was something I had to escape,” said Jolie, who starred in Weinstein’s “Playing by Heart” when she was 21.

“I stayed away and warned people about him. I remember telling Jonny, my first husband, who was great about it, to spread the word to other guys – don’t let girls go alone with him. I was asked to do ‘The Aviator’, but I said no because he was involved. I never associated or worked with him again. It was hard for me when Brad did.”

Jolie claims Pitt asked Weinstein to work as a producer for the noir thriller, “Killing Them Softly,” which the Weinstein Company later distributed.

“We fought about (Weinstein’s involvement),” Jolie said, noting of her then husband’s apparent eagerness to work with Weinstein, “Of course it hurt.”

Bill Gates opens up about divorcing Melinda, ties to Jeffrey Epstein

Bill Gates opened up about his recent divorce to Melinda French Gates in an interview on Wednesday and said his relationship to billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was a “mistake.”

The Microsoft founder told CNN’s Anderson Cooper that his split with Melinda was a “very sad milestone,” and a source of “personal sadness.”

Gates told the anchor that he and his ex-wife will continue their philanthropy work together, citing her “incredible strengths” in furthering the missions of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Melinda has said she will try to work with Bill on the foundation for at least two more years.

“I’ve always enjoyed our work together,” Gates told CNN. “You know the two of us can go out and work with leaders and help build the organization, so that would be definitely the best thing for the foundation.”

Gates also discussed his relationship with the late Epstein, which was reportedly a source of contention in his marriage.

“I had several dinners with him hoping that what he said about getting billions of philanthropy for global health through contacts he had might emerge,” Gates said. “When it looked like that wasn’t a real thing that relationship ended.”

“It was a huge mistake to spend time with him, to give him the credibility,” the billionaire continued. “I made a mistake.”

Gates said he does have some regrets about reports of a toxic culture at Microsoft, including allegations he made unwanted advances on women at work, which he denies.

“At this time I need to go forward, my work is very important to me. Within the family, we’ll heal as best we can and learn from what’s happened,” Gates told CNN.

Gates, who has donated at least $1.75 billion to fight COVID-19, said he is pleased with the effectiveness and production of vaccinations but is alarmed by the highly transmissible Delta variant.

“We wanted to be nearer to the end than we are, but Delta is very bad news,” Gates said.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West take family trip to San Francisco

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appear to be seamlessly co-parenting their children amid their divorce.

The KKW Beauty founder, 40, flew from New York to San Francisco late Friday to meet up with the “All of the Lights” rapper, 44, and their four children, Page Six can exclusively confirm.

The estranged couple and North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, grabbed breakfast Saturday morning before heading to the Asian Art Museum before it opened to the public.

“They are getting along great, and it was their first public outing together as a family, reconfirming that they are in lockstep when it comes to co-parenting and putting their kids first,” a source in San Francisco told Page Six.

Following the tour, West flew to Las Vegas, where he hosted a listening party for his new album, while Kardashian returned to Los Angeles with the kids.

The Golden City is where West famously proposed to Kardashian in October 2013. The two married in Florence, Italy, in May 2014.

Page Six broke the news in January that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum was done with her marriage to the Yeezy founder. The pair were insistent on keeping things amicable in their divorce, as they worked out the legalities in mediation before Kardashian officially filed one month later.

“Kim got Kanye to go [to Wyoming] so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce,” a source told us at the time. “She’s done.”

While Kardashian remains single, West moved on with model Irina Shayk, though sources exclusively told us last week that the romance was already cooling off.

“She likes him as a friend, but doesn’t want a relationship with him,” one source said.

Kanye West’s mental health issues won’t affect child custody in divorce

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are headed for divorce, with Kardashian filing for joint custody of children North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.

While West’s mental health is a fair concern, Kardashian is reportedly comfortable sharing custody because she knows the multi-hyphenate is a good father and “totally trusts him” with their kids, a source told TMZ.

In addition to trusting her soon-to-be-ex as a father, TMZ also reports that West is very rarely alone with his children, with caretakers and family members at the ready to care for the brood at any time. Sources added that the Chicago native is generally not around his kids when having a bipolar episode.

Last year, Kardashian defended West after the rapper blasted her and mom Kris Jenner online during a series of Twitter rants.

“As many of you know, Kanye has bi-polar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand,” she wrote at the time.

“He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother, and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder. Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words do not align with his intentions.”

A rep for Kardashian did not immediately return our request for comment.
