Inside Jennifer Flavin’s divorce filing that ‘blindsided’ hubby Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone was said to be “blindsided” by wife Jennifer Flavin’s Aug. 19 divorce filing, as friends told Page Six how they looked “so happy” together weeks ago.

The “Rambo” star has been filming his upcoming Paramount Plus series “Tulsa King” in Oklahoma City, and friends said that Flavin — his wife of 25 years — has been on set constantly.

Sly was in Oklahoma when the papers were filed on Aug. 18 and sources said he was shocked to get the news.

“You couldn’t think of a nicer couple … she’s been visiting him in Oklahoma City, where he’s filming. It sounded like everything was great. I have no idea what happened,” one source told Page Six.

In her divorce petition, filed in Palm Beach, Fla., where the couple has a home, Flavin, 54, claimed that her husband “has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets” — and demanded that Stallone be prohibited from selling or transferring any assets during divorce proceedings.

But a source familiar with the case said: “It’s so ridiculous, I have no idea why Jennifer’s lawyers put this in the divorce petition, it’s just a pure lie. Sly hasn’t sold as much as a T-shirt!”

A representative for Stallone gave Page Six a statement on his behalf: “I love my family.  We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”

According to a friend, “Sylvester’s intent was to work things out with Jennifer. Now I don’t know [what will happen] because she decided to go public with everything.”

The couple reportedly got into a fight over new dog Dwight, which Flavin didn’t want to add to their family.

TMZ, meanwhile, reported that the couple split after a big fight over a dog.

Stallone, 76, is said to have wanted a new Rottweiler as “protection for their family,” but Flavin reportedly didn’t want to add another pet.

This allegedly led to “an extremely heated argument that brought up other issues” in their marriage, although those issues reportedly weren’t seen as things they couldn’t work through.

The action star had a bicep tattoo of his wife’s face for years.
JOHN BARRETT
Earlier this week it was revealed that Stallone was having the tattoo covered with an image of Butkus, the bullmastiff from his “Rocky” movies.

Stallone ended up getting the pooch anyway and named him Dwight after the actor’s “Tulsa King” character. He promoted the show on Instagram with a photo of himself and Dwight the dog earlier this month.

Meanwhile, it was revealed on Tuesday that tattoo artist Zach Perez had posted a now-deleted pic to Instagram showing Stallone getting an arm tattoo of Flavin covered with one of Butkus — the bullmastiff from the “Rocky” movies.

Stallone and Flavin’s daughters — Sophia, 26; Sistine, 24; and Scarlet, 20 — have been filming a reality show together, which their dad reportedly helped them get and is supposed to debut on Paramount+. But one Hollywood source told Page Six: “Sly got them a reality show, but I don’t know what will happen to it now.”

Other industry insiders said that Flavin is no fan of Sly’s longtime publicist, Michelle Bega.

Flavin has asked for sole ownership of the $35 million Palm Beach mansion the couple bought in 2020, putting down $5 million as a down payment.

According to CelebrityNetWorth.com, Stallone is worth $400 million.

“I’m sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters,” Flavin told People in a statement.

Her rep did not reply to a request for comment from Page Six.

The couple met at a Beverly Hills eatery in 1988, when Flavin was a 19-year-old aspiring model and “The Expendables” actor was 42 and twice divorced.

However, their relationship was seemingly not conventional. In 1991, Stallone said: “When we come together, it is wonderful. When we are separate, there are no strings attached. That’s the way it is. No strings.”

Stallone broke up with Flavin in 1994 via FedEx, but they later reunited.

A year later, Flavin said: “I’m not naive about what may go on when I’m not around — he’s a 45-year-old man — I can’t change the way he is. Still he’s not a cheating dog every day of the week. We spend five out of seven nights together, so I don’t know where he’d find the time.”

However, Flavin’s trust was shattered in 1994, when Stallone broke up with her via a FedEx letter — after model Janice Dickinson, with whom he had an affair, said that he was the father of her daughter. A DNA test said otherwise, and Stallone and Flavin patched things up and said “I do” in 1997.

Why Johnny Depp was helped out of Birmingham hotel

Security escorted Johnny Depp out of a hotel Monday to protect him from the hordes of fans who have been following him since his trial ended last week.

Photos of the actor being guided out of the The Grand Hotel Birmingham in England holding a coffee mug went viral this week.

A source tells us his security team was keeping him safe and away from the “large crowds.”

“Everywhere he goes, he’s getting mobbed by fans,” our insider says.

In the snaps, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, 58, looked distressed while being walked out of the luxury hotel with one man holding onto his right arm and another standing closely behind them.

Depp was wearing a black-and-white checkered sport coat atop black jeans and black shoes, which he paired with a scarf, messy hair and aviator-style sunglasses. In his left hand was a ceramic coffee mug, though it’s unclear what — if anything — was in it.

Hours prior to the sighting, the actor had dropped more than $62,000 (£50,000) on a lavish Indian feast fit for a legally victorious king and his posse of about 20.

The celebratory dinner at Varanasi included authentic Indian dishes, endless cocktails and plenty of rosé.

According to The Daily Mail, Depp and his entourage posed for photos with fans before making their way into the trendy eatery.

Among those who partook in the banquet was the “Edward Scissorhands” star’s friend and musical collaborator, Jeff Beck, 77. While in the United Kingdom, the actor has joined the rock guitarist onstage at several of his recent shows.

The sighting came hours after Depp’s five-figure Indian feast.

Since winning his massive defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard — where he was awarded a $10.35 million judgment — Depp has been celebrating having his “life back.”

Just yesterday, he joined TikTok and posted his first video, in which he thanked his fans for their support and emphasized his desire to put the trial behind him.

Last week, he was awarded a $10.35 million judgment in his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard.

A spokesperson for the “Aquaman” actress, 36, responded to her ex’s debut TikTok video with a statement to People: “As Johnny Depp says he’s ‘moving forward,’ women’s rights are moving backward.”

Heard had accused Depp of domestic violence in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed that he insisted was false and defamatory.

‘RHOM’ star Lisa Hochstein ‘blindsided’ by Lenny divorce

Lisa Hochstein says she was “blindsided” by husband Lenny Hochstein’s decision to divorce her after 12 years of marriage.

“With two young children involved, as a mom I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star said in an exclusive statement to Page Six via her spokesperson Monday.

“I’m blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation,” she added.

Lisa, 39, and Lenny, 55, share two children: son Logan, 6, and daughter Elle, 2.

Lenny announced to Page Six exclusively Monday that he was divorcing Lisa and also confirmed he is seeing someone new.

“Lisa and I are getting divorced,” he told us over the phone. “A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process. This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us.”

Lenny shared that he is dating Austrian model Katharina Mazepa but claimed “none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced.”

“I’m going to focus all of my energy and time [on my kids],” Lisa told us.

The plastic surgeon originally denied to Page Six that he and Lisa were heading for Splitsville after we broke the news that he and his now-estranged wife had a public “showdown” at a nightclub where the reality star had confronted him and Mazepa on May 7.

“They were all there, and they did have words,” an insider revealed, adding, “A drink was thrown.”

Another source told us, “There was a showdown at Gala Miami,” claiming Lenny walked in with his “new girlfriend.”

“Lisa got in her face and yelled at her,” the second source added.

Lenny was also caught on video getting handsy with Mazepa while on a double date Friday night at Miami hotspot Prime 112.

A friend of Lisa’s told Page Six exclusively, “She’s devastated and disgusted that he would do this to his children,” adding, “The way he’s out flaunting it is gross.”

Lenny has yet to file for divorce.

‘Vanderpump Rules’ cast on Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz breakup

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz’s “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars and fellow Bravolebrities are mourning the end of their relationship.

After the longtime couple announced their breakup Tuesday night, past and present castmates including Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay and James Kennedy rallied around Maloney, 35, and Schwartz, 39, in the comments sections of their respective Instagram posts.

“Love you both so much,” Schroeder, 33, wrote.

“Sending you love! ♥️,” Shay, 36, echoed.

“I love you mate ❤️,” Kennedy, 30, told Schwartz.

“love you both forever ❤️,” former co-star Kristen Doute commented.

“Love you bro!” Schroeder’s husband, Beau Clark, wrote to Schwartz.

Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Lala Kent, Raquel Leviss, Ariana Madix and Dayna Kathan also dropped heart emojis below the posts.

Even Andy Cohen, who hosts the “Pump Rules” reunions, chimed in with the hashtag “#Bubba,” which was Maloney and Schwartz’s pet name for each other.

Several members of the “Summer House” cast sent love to the newly estranged couple as well, as Maloney and Schwartz previously made cameos on their show.

“My heart hurts. Love you both so much 😢,” Amanda Batula commented.

“Here for you both. You’ll get through this,” Kyle Cooke added.

“Love you 💕,” Lindsay Hubbard wrote.

“Big hugs ❤️❤️❤️,” Danielle Olivera commented.

This is the last photo Schwartz shared with Maloney, on Valentine’s Day.

Schwartz confirmed in a lengthy statement on Instagram that the “rumors floating around” about his marriage were true, writing in part, “my heart aches but I’ll be ok. … Fully respect Katie’s decision and we’ve had healthy, productive conversations about it. It would be far sadder if she decided to stay with me whilst not happy.”

Maloney wrote in her post that the split was “not met with resentment or animosity” and vowed to “always remain” friends.

“Although we may be on different paths we will continue love and support one another’s happiness,” she added.

The pair started dating in September 2010 and married in Las Vegas in July 2019.

‘Vanderpump Rules’ stars Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz break up

Bubba-bye.

“Vanderpump Rules” stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have broken up after nearly 12 years together.

“Well this sucks,” Schwartz began in a lengthy statement posted on Instagram Tuesday night. “How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a f–kin canned Instagram caption. What picture am I supposed to use? Is there a go-to break up font?”

He continued that he wanted to clear up rumors going around.

“Katie & I are separating. I’m not quite ready to use the “D” word bc it’s too painful. Yes my heart aches but I’ll be ok. Not looking to evoke any sympathy here. I’m not the victim. Not gonna write too sad a song.”

He then revealed that she decided to leave him and the pair have had “healthy” and “productive” conversations about their relationship. He also added that it felt “tone def” to ask people to respect their privacy.

“So instead I’ll ask to please be kind,” he wrote. “I don’t fault you for any snap judgment. If I was watching us on VPR for the last 9 years I’d be making them too. Perception gets skewed bc of seeing [sic] snipets of our lives on the show, but I’m telling you we had some of the most blissful, romantic, fun times humanely possible over the course of our relationship. I’m talking heaven on earth level joy.

Schwartz announced the split on his Instagrams, adding photos of the pair in happier times at the end.
Tom Schwartz/Instagram

“She taught me so much about love & being a better partner.”

He said he doesn’t look at their marriage as a “failure” despite being sad, adding that there is “no anger or bitterness.”

“I don’t think we were ever a model couple. Maybe we are model divorcées. A dubious title I suppose,” he continued, ending his post saying that he’ll be fine.

“So I’ll shut up now and say it one last time, love you Bub. Always & forever you’ll be in my heart. On my ass? Maybe not so much.”

Maloney also took to Instagram to release a statement about their split on Tuesday evening.
Tom Schwartz/Instagram

He added several photos of the pair throughout their relationship together as well.

Maloney also announced the split on her Instagram with a much shorter note.

“After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage,” she wrote. “This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another’s happiness.

“Thank you all for the kind words and support,” she ended, adding two photos of the couple together.

“Vanderpump Rules” fans have witnessed the now-estranged couple’s ups and downs over the years.
Bravo

The Bravo couple first sparked split rumors on March 10 when fans noticed that Maloney was not wearing her wedding ring during a girls’ night out with former co-star Stassi Schroeder.

“Left hand perfectly positioned to show us no ring,” one Instagram user commented at the time.

One month prior, however, Maloney, 35, and Schwartz, 39, appeared to still be on good terms, as he posted a selfie for Valentine’s Day with his gold wedding band clearly visible.

“It’s Friday, I’m in love,” he captioned the sweet selfie.

As documented on “Vanderpump Rules,” the pair faced many love hurdles throughout their long-term relationship — namely cheating, rage texts and explosive arguments.

Maloney and Schwartz had fewer disagreements during Season 9.
Bravo

However, during 2021’s Season 9, Maloney and Schwartz seemed to have put the drama behind them and were in a good place in their marriage.

And yet, they still had some hiccups, including arguing over Maloney’s involvement in Schwartz and co-star Tom Sandoval’s new business venture, a bar named Schwartz & Sandy’s.

Maloney ultimately ended up taking a step back and partnered with Sandoval’s girlfriend, Ariana Madix, to start a sandwich shop, Something About Her.

Maloney and Schwartz also documented their fertility journey as they struggled to get pregnant despite not using contraception.

Maloney told us in January that she and Schwartz had stopped actively trying to conceive.
Frazer Harrison

In January, Maloney told Page Six she and Schwartz were no longer “actively trying” to conceive.

“I don’t want to put that kind of pressure on myself, on my marriage, on [Schwartz], on anyone. I’m perfectly content with where I’m at,” she said at the time.

Maloney and Schwartz started dating in September 2010 and tied the knot in a woodsy ceremony in front of Bravo cameras in August 2016.

They later realized they were not legally married and jetted off to Las Vegas with close friends in July 2019 to make their union official.

Kanye West fires another attorney ahead of Kim Kardashian hearing

Another one bites the dust.

Kanye West is now onto his fourth divorce attorney, as he’s reportedly fired lawyer Chris Melcher ahead of his Wednesday court hearing against estranged wife Kim Kardashian.

According to TMZ, West, 44, let go of Melcher after their relationship “had become extremely difficult, with little communication.”

Sources told the outlet that West kept changing his mind on whether he wanted to settle things amicably with Kardashian, 41, or put up a fight – much like he did when he objected to her initial divorce demands.

West will instead be repped by attorney Samantha Spector, who recently represented Nicole Young in her divorce from producer Dr. Dre, TMZ reports.

A hearing for West and Kardashian’s ongoing divorce battle has been scheduled for Wednesday, where a judge is expected to make a decision on the reality star’s request to be declared legally single.

TMZ reports that while Kardashian is expected to call in or video chat for the hearing, it’s “highly unlikely” her rapper ex will show up in person.

Kardashian filed for divorce from West over a year ago.
Andrew D. Bernstein

Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021. They share four children: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

The Skims founder – who has since moved on with “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson – previously slammed West and his inability to keep a lawyer in a statement posted to her Instagram Story last month.

“Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all,” she wrote at the time, in response to West’s since-deleted IG posts.

“It saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way. I wish to handle all matters regarding our children privately and hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably.”

Kanye West using Chaney Jones as a muse after Julia Fox

Kanye West has found a new leading lady.

While many are wondering if the Yeezy fashion designer is dating Instagram model Chaney Jones, sources tell Page Six that the Kim Kardashian look-alike is another one of West’s muses.

“She appears to be a muse, but it also depends on who you ask,” a source told Page Six exclusively. “She’s loving her role.”

Jones, 24, shared her first selfie with the “Thru the Wire” rapper Monday and certified their budding relationship. In the photo, Jones put on a closed-mouth smile while West, 44, remained his serious self.

While the duo are just friends — for now — Jones has taken over full-time for Julia Fox. West even took Jones shopping at Balenciaga, which was his go-to with estranged wife Kim Kardashian, who is now the face of the brand, and the “Uncut Gems” star.

Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, is just trying to get divorced from West.

While West appears to be putting on a public front with Jones, his life behind the scenes with Kardashian has been plagued with drama ever since she first filed to be declared legally single amid their ongoing divorce.

Last week, the Skims founder begged a judge to sign off on her divorce papers, explaining that the “Donda” rapper’s posts were causing “emotional distress.”

“I very much desire to be divorced,” Kardashian, 41, wrote. “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media, which has created emotional distress.”

West has called out the KKW Beauty founder for a plethora of issues that ranged from kidnapping accusations to blasting her for allowing their 8-year-old daughter, North, to be on TikTok.

Kardashian also shares kids Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, with West.

Hannah Lee Fowler withdraws Sam Hunt divorce filing

Sam Hunt’s estranged wife Hannah Lee Fowler withdrew her divorce petition against the country music star the same day she filed it.

Per Us Weekly, Fowler reversed course Friday in Tennesse courts, though the outlet did not obtain the docs until Tuesday.

In what seems like a candidate for some kind of record, Fowler filed her initial complaint at 11:43 a.m., only to then submit a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit less than three hours later, at 2:13 p.m.

Us explains that Fowler classified her decision as “voluntary nonsuited without prejudice,” which means that she can re-file again in the future, but, per Tennesse law, cannot back out of that filing a second time. The outlet also adds that a judge has yet to sign off on the paperwork.

News of the couple’s maybe-split broke Monday, which revealed that the Alabama-born nurse is pregnant and due in May, a fact the couple had not yet revealed to the public. Fowler alleged that Hunt, 37, is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “guilty of adultery.”

Per the docs, the “Body Like a Back Road” singer “is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

Fowler’s initial filing sought child support and primary custody of their unborn child, their “respective separate property” and three different kinds of alimony, including “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.”

The couple married in April 2017 after dating on and off for almost a decade. They met at the University of Alabama at Birmingham when Hunt was a linebacker for the school’s football team and broke up for a time when he moved to Nashville to pursue his music career.

Hunt chronicled the ups and downs of their relationship in his music, titling his debut album “Montevallo” after Fowler’s hometown. He would then apologize for doing so in his 2017 single “Drinking Too Much,” singing, “I’m sorry people know your name now / and hit you up on social media.”

Page Six has reached out to Hunt’s team for additional information.

Sam Hunt’s pregnant wife files for divorce citing adultery

Sam Hunt’s wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, filed for divorce in Tennessee Friday after nearly five years of marriage.

The Alabama-born nurse, who revealed in court documents obtained by TMZ Monday that she is pregnant, is accusing the country superstar of cheating on her. She is due in May and it was not publicly known that the former couple were expecting their first child.

Fowler alleged that Hunt, 37, is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “guilty of adultery.”

The court documents also state, “The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

Hunt’s reps did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Fowler is seeking child support and primary custody of their unborn child, their “respective separate property” and three different kinds of alimony, including “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future,” per the documents.

Fowler, who has been married to Hunt for four years, is not active on Instagram.
WireImage

The last time the “Body Like a Back Road” singer posted about his now-estranged wife on Instagram was in April 2021 for their fourth wedding anniversary.

He captioned a slideshow that featured a throwback pic of Fowler kissing him and a more current picture of the pair laughing, saying, “How it started. How its going. Happy Anniversary!”

In July, Hunt told a Miami radio station that he and Fowler were considering having kids “sooner than later.”

“[We’ve] really started to think about it seriously here these past few months, so that’s on the agenda right now,” the “Hard to Forget” singer said. “I’m hoping we’ll have some good news sooner than later.”

Hunt and Fowler were married in 2017. They met in Alabama, when the “Take Your Time” singer was a linebacker for the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Kim Kardashian takes fans inside $23M home she bought from Kanye

With all the drama going on in her personal life, it’s no wonder Kim Kardashian wants her home to be a haven of safety and serenity.

The reality TV queen, 41, allowed Vogue a look inside her calming Calabasas compound — which she bought from Kanye West for a whopping $23 million after she filed for divorce last year.

“Everything in my house is really minimal,” Kardashian stated at the beginning of her home tour. “I find there’s so much chaos out in the world that when I come home I want it to be really quiet and I want everything to feel calming.”

Kardashian first purchased the home back with West back in 2014, before they gutted and rebuilt it from the ground up over the course of six years.

The former couple first allowed Vogue inside their strikingly sparse space back in 2019, and it was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest in February the following year.

But while West, 44, may have moved out, the new Vogue video shows the neutral aesthetic still remains in place.

Kim Kardashian has given fans a look inside the Calabasas home she previously shared with Kanye West. She bought the home from West following their split last year and is now the sole owner of the property.

In the new video, Kardashian first takes cameras into the home’s kitchen, which features white marble countertops and light wood cupboards.

While the Skims founder is mom to four kids — North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2 — the kitchen is devoid of the clutter that fills most family kitchens.

“Each kid can have their full style and taste in their bedroom and have so much fun, but in the main house, I really like the calmness,” she declared.

The same minimalism is present in Kardashian’s sitting room, which she also showed off in the Vogue video.

The room features a small fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, which are covered with white curtains. A curved white couch and two matching chairs are the only pieces of furniture inside the room.

Elsewhere in the video, the superstar takes cameras to her home’s basketball court, located in the spacious backyard.

The court overlooks a gym, which Kardashian said she and her sisters often use to work out.

“It’s the most amazing place for the kids to hang out,” Kardashian cooed of the outdoor space.

Meanwhile, the beauty also gave a glimpse of her impressive car collection, claiming she has had all her vehicles painted gray so they match the color of her house.

Kardashian showed off her three of her fancy cars — a Lamborghini, a Rolls-Royce and a Maybach — saying they were among her most prized possessions.

And while her ex has moved out, she won’t need a car to drive to his new home.

Last December, West bought his own property right across the street for $4.5 million in order to be close to Kardashian and their kids.
