Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State score: Live game updates, college football scores, NCAA top 25 highlights

No. 10 Oklahoma and No. 7 Oklahoma State are knotted up at 24-24 at halftime in a matchup of Big 12 heavyweights. The Sooners tied up the game after cornerback Woodi Washington picked off Oklahoma State quarterback Spencer Sanders and set up a 10-yard touchdown catch by Brayden Willis with under a minute remaining.

The Cowboys had not given up more than 24 points in a game heading into the matchup, but Sooners quarterback Caleb Williams has found success through the air. Williams has completed 14-of-21 passes for 204 yards and three touchdowns, with 145 yards going to tight ends and H-Backs. The Sooners are averaging just 2.9 yards per carry on the ground, however.

Outside of the interception, Sanders has played a strong game. The junior has thrown for 147 yards and run for 41 yards as the Cowboys have averaged 7.3 yards per play. However, Oklahoma has run 12 more plays than Oklahoma State as the Cowboys scored one of their touchdowns on a 100-yard kickoff return by receiver Tay Martin.

The two teams have combined for eight tackles for loss and Oklahoma State has a pair of sacks, but the major plays on offense and special teams have the game trending towards one of the highest-scoring affairs either team has played this season.

If Oklahoma State wins, the Cowboys face No. 8 Baylor in the Big 12 Championship Game next week in Arlington in a likely play-in situation for the College Football Playoff. If Oklahoma wins, the Sooners will rematch with the Cowboys the next weekend with legitimate CFP hopes of their own. Oklahoma State has not beaten the Sooners since 2014, and head coach Mike Gundy has a 2-14 career record against Oklahoma.
