Fantasy managers are dealing with three more significant injuries this week after Aaron Jones (knee), Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) and Elijah Mitchell (finger) were hurt in Week 10. That means you could be scrambling for replacement options off the waiver wire.

Now, if for some reason A.J. Dillon (86 percent rostered) is available, add him in all leagues. He has top-five upside while Jones is out, which should be 1-2 weeks.

The situation in Atlanta isn’t as clear in the backfield since Mike Davis (80 percent) and Wayne Gallman (3 percent) will likely share touches with Patterson out. There’s no timetable for his absence, but he isn’t expected to play Thursday night against the Patriots.

And in San Francisco, we’re likely looking at Jeff Wilson (30 percent) stepping in for Mitchell, although it’s unclear if Mitchell is out in Week 11 at Jacksonville. If Wilson starts, he would be a must-start running back in all leagues.

We’ll get into the replacements in Green Bay and Atlanta below, as well as other running backs who could be useful Fantasy options. And of course we’ll have choices for you at every position in what should be a busy week on the waiver wire, especially with the Rams and Broncos on a bye.

Week 11 Waivers

  • Injuries: Kyler Murray (ankle), Tua Tagovailoa (finger), Baker Mayfield (knee), Ben Roethlisberger (illness), Jared Goff (oblique), Colt McCoy (pectoral) and Zach Wilson (knee).
  • On a bye: Matthew Stafford and Teddy Bridgewater
  • Drop candidates: Matt Ryan (89 percent rostered), Teddy Bridgewater (69 percent) and Trevor Lawrence (54 percent). Ryan could be without Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) and Calvin Ridley (personal), and that makes it hard to trust him, especially in Week 11 against the Patriots. … Bridgewater isn’t worth keeping during his bye in Week 11. He’s also scored 17 Fantasy points or less in three of his past four games. … Lawrence only has two games this season with more than 20 Fantasy points, and he’s likely not going to be a trustworthy Fantasy option in one-quarterback leagues this year.

Running Backs

  • Injuries: Alvin Kamara (knee), Aaron Jones (knee), Elijah Mitchell (finger), Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle), Saquon Barkley (ankle), Devontae Booker (hip), Nick Chubb (illness), Kareem Hunt (calf), Damien Harris (concussion), Brandon Bolden (hip), Chase Edmonds (ankle), Derrick Henry (foot), Miles Sanders (ankle), Chris Carson (neck), Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee), Jamaal Williams (thigh), Latavius Murray (ankle), Malcolm Brown (quad), Damien Williams (knee) and Justin Jackson (quad).
  • On a bye: Darrell Henderson, Sony Michel, Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams.
  • Check to see if available: A.J. Dillon (86 percent rostered), Zack Moss (86 percent), Devontae Booker (81 percent), Mike Davis (80 percent) and Miles Sanders (77 percent). Dillon should be added in all leagues where available, and he’s a top-five running back as long as Aaron Jones (knee) is out. … Moss scored against the Jets for his first touchdown since Week 4, and hopefully he gets rolling again. He is a weekly flex option in all leagues. … Booker, if healthy, might start again for the Giants in Week 11 if Saquon Barkley (ankle) can’t play. Booker has scored at least 14 PPR points in each of his past three games with Barkley out. … Davis has been bad of late with two PPR points or less in three of his past four games, but he could be needed now with Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) out. More on that below. … Sanders is eligible to return in Week 11, so you might want to stash him now where available. When healthy, he should be a quality No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues.
  • Drop candidates: Adrian Peterson (82 percent rostered), Khalil Herbert (59 percent) and Jamaal Williams (54 percent). Maybe this is the week Peterson takes off with a strong matchup against Houston, but I would rather gamble on D’Onta Foreman. More on that below. … Herbert took a backseat to David Montgomery when he returned from his knee injury in Week 9, and the only reason to stash Herbert now is as a handcuff. … Williams didn’t play in Week 10 at Pittsburgh after the Lions had a bye in Week 9, so he might not be close to returning. He also scored seven PPR points or less in four games in a row.

Wide Receivers

  • Injuries:  CeeDee Lamb (arm), DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring), Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle), Chase Claypool (toe), Calvin Ridley (personal), Antonio Brown (ankle), Julio Jones (hamstring), Sterling Shepard (quad), DeVante Parker (shoulder), Will Fuller (finger) and Curtis Samuel (groin).
  • On a bye: Cooper Kupp, Odell Beckham, Van Jefferson, Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick.
  • Check to see if available: Brandon Aiyuk (80 percent rostered), Van Jefferson (70 percent) and Corey Davis (66 percent). Aiyuk didn’t have a big game in Week 10 against the Rams with three catches for 26 yards on four targets, but I still want to roster him. He had 15 targets in his two previous games, and I’m hopeful he can have a strong finish to the season. … Jefferson struggled in Week 10 in the first game without Robert Woods (ACL) with three catches for 54 yards, but he did have seven targets, as well as unfortunately dropping a touchdown. He now has at least six targets in four games in a row, and I’m hopeful Jefferson will continue to have a prominent role even with Odell Beckham now in Los Angeles. … Davis returned after a two-game absence with a hip injury and did well for the Jets against the Bills with five catches for 93 yards on seven targets. He should be the best receiver for the Jets when healthy, but keep an eye on what happens with Mike White and Zach Wilson at quarterback because that could impact Davis moving forward.
  • Drop candidates: Courtland Sutton (96 percent rostered), Marvin Jones (89 percent), Julio Jones (82 percent), A.J. Green (70 percent) and Tim Patrick (68 percent). It’s time to move on from Sutton and Patrick during their bye. Sutton is tougher to drop, but he’s combined for just 15 PPR points in four games with Jerry Jeudy on the field. … Marvin Jones has one game with more than eight PPR points since Week 3 and isn’t worth rostering any more. … Julio Jones is on injured reserve, so unless you have an IR spot, it’s time to drop him. He still hasn’t scored a touchdown this year. … Green has one touchdown since Week 4, and it’s hard to trust him with Kyler Murray (ankle) hurt. There also are a lot of mouths to feed in Arizona, and the Cardinals have a bye in Week 12.

Wide receiver

Week 11 Priority List

  • Injuries: Rob Gronkowski (back), Dallas Goedert (concussion), Logan Thomas (hamstring), Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) and Jonnu Smith (shoulder).
  • On a bye: Noah Fant and Tyler Higbee
  • Check to see if available: Hunter Henry (77 percent rostered) and Tyler Higbee (75 percent). Henry had another big outing in Week 10 against Cleveland, and it helped that Jonnu Smith (shoulder) was out. Henry caught four passes for 37 yards and two touchdowns on four targets, and he now has seven touchdowns in his past seven games. … Higbee is worth adding on his bye if you need a tight end since the Rams are still working through the Robert Woods (ACL) injury. In the first game without Woods, Higbee had three catches for 20 yards and a touchdown on five targets at San Francisco.
  • Drop candidates: Jared Cook (67 percent). Cook has one touchdown since Week 5 and has scored four PPR points or less in two of his past three games. He also has a difficult upcoming schedule against Pittsburgh, Denver and Cincinnati in his next three games.
