Disturbance in Brookville Tuesday night results in arrest of 3

BROOKVILLE – Three people were arrested after a disturbance in a Brookville residence Tuesday night.

Tiffany Miller, 25, of Salina, went to her ex-boyfriend’s residence in the 500 block of Perry Street in Brookville to pick up some of her belongings that had been set out on the front porch for her, Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning.

Miller believed that not all of her belongings were there, so she and two people with her – Peter McSpadden, 26, of Salina, and Tyson Robb, 19, of Minneapolis – kicked in the door and entered the residence. Once inside, they confronted Miller’s ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend. The encounter became a physical altercation, Soldan said.

The incident occurred shortly before 9:18 p.m. Tuesday.

Miller was arrested on the following requested charges, Soldan said.

●Aggravated burglary

●Domestic battery

●Battery

●Criminal damage to property

●Possession of marijuana

●Possession of drug paraphernalia

Robb was arrested on the following requested charges, Soldan said.

●Criminal damage to property

McSpadden was arrested on the following requested charges, Soldan said.

●Criminal carrying of a weapon
