Marvel’s Eternals Gets January Disney+ Streaming Date

Marvel’s Eternals will begin streaming on Disney+ from January 12.

Announced by Disney today, the last Phase 4 MCU movie will arrive on the streaming platform in the new IMAX Enhanced format, which offers an expanded aspect ratio. Disney also released a new poster to celebrate the announcement:

Eternals introduced a brand new team of superheroes, as well as Deviants, Celestials, and some spoilery post-credits appearances. We awarded the movie a 7/10 review, saying it’s “beautifully shot and terrifically acted, but it bites off more than it can chew in its third act.”

The film has a huge cast, including Richard Madden as Ikaris, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Angelina Jolie as Thena, and Kit Harington as Dane Whitman/Black Knight.

Despite introducing a lot that could change the MCU’s course, a sequel apparently isn’t a must-have.
