Emma Roberts penned a heartwarming Instagram tribute to her son, Rhodes, who officially turned two-years-old on Tuesday.
The Scream Queens alum, 31, welcomed her son in December 2020, whom she shares with actor and ex-boyfriend, Garrett Hedlund.
The talented beauty, who is starring in the upcoming comedy titled Maybe I Do, split from Hedlund earlier this year in January after nearly three years together.

In the adorable snap the actress shared, Emma relaxed on a comfortable couch with a loving smile on her face as her son stood next to her while looking out the window.
The American Horror Story actress donned stylish, green loungewear that contained a feathery trim at the hem and cuffs. Her blonde locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed past her shoulders in natural waves.
The star’s right hand gently rested on the back of Rhodes to make sure that he didn’t fall as he gandered at the scenic outdoor landscape and colorful toy placed on the window.
In the caption of the post, Emma wrote, ‘Happy Birthday to my angel boy Rhodes!!! I love you beyond!’

The cake was fully covered with a sugary, blue icing, and the number two was added on the front and side of the tasty dessert.
‘Happy Birthday Rhodes’ was written in icing on top of a mini, edible sign, while the cake was also surrounded by gold and silver stars.
Emma welcomed her son in December 2020, whom she shares with Tulsa King actor, Garrett Hedlund. The couple began dating in 2019, and announced that they were expecting their first child together the following year.
At the time of the baby news, a source informed Us Weekly that the two stars, were ‘surprised, shocked and happy at the same time, and so are their families.’

Emma’s ex-boyfriend also shared his own tribute on Instagram on Tuesday to wish his son a happy birthday. Garrett uploaded an assortment of sweet snaps of Rhodes he had taken in the past.
The Tron: Legacy actor added the caption, ‘Happy 2nd Birthday to My Beautiful lil Boy Rhodes!!! You are truly, ‘Where The Roses Grow!’ I Love You More than Anything else my eyes will ever see!!!’ followed by three red heart emojis.
He shared photos of himself with his son, such as the two enjoying a day out by the lake. Another snap showed Garrett lifting Rhodes up in the air as they posed for a snap on a long, empty road surrounded by a grassy landscape.
The star additionally uploaded pictures of the toddler having fun on a wooden toy train, and also showed his son admiring a guitar.

Despite Emma and Garrett amicably going separate ways in January, the two continue to focus on, ‘co-parenting’ and are, ‘involved in each other’s lives because of their son,’ a source told E! News at the time.
Shortly after their split, a separate insider told Us Weekly, ‘Garrett and Emma have a great co-parenting relationship. When he’s sober, he’s a great guy and they’ve been handling co-parenting very well.’
Hedlund battled with addiction on and off in the past, but reportedly, ‘stepped it up’ after Rhodes was born. Shortly after their break up in January, the actor was arrested for ‘public intoxication.’
The actress has since found new romance in her life, and has been in a relationship with actor, Cody John, since August of this year. ‘Emma loves Cody’s personality. He’s really funny and they have been having a good time together,’ a source expressed to E! News.
