Gabriel is best known for dating Halle Berry as they share 14-year-old daughter Nahla.
The two have been embroiled in a lengthy custody battle as they were in court to renegotiate Halle’s child support payments to Gabriel which were halved from $16,000 a month to just $8,000.
Halle and Gabriel went their separate ways in 2010 after spending five years together, with reports at the time suggesting it was due to their age gap.

However, Halle was allegedly not too pleased by the fling according to People magazine in February 2011.
A source said at the time: ‘Halle was very upset. She was upset at the idea of someone like that being in her daughter’s life.
‘She really did not want a reality star in Nahla’s life. She was very aggravated.’
