Babyface relists his longtime Los Angeles estate and drops the price by $500,000

Babyface is putting his longtime Los Angeles home back on the market after dropping the price by $500,000. 

The R&B superstar, 64, offered potential buyers a better deal, lowering the price of the three-story pan-Mediterranean mansion to $7.495 million on Monday, after the home failed to sell for $8 million according to TMZ.

The singer originally listed the luxury five-bedroom estate on the market shortly after splitting with his wife of seven years, Nicole Pantenburg, in July of 2021.

It boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a main suite with a fireplace.

There is also a ‘spa-like bathroom’ that overlooks the splendid backyard of the property.

Babyface – whose real name is Kenneth Edmonds – and Pantenburg announced they had split in July, after seven years of marriage. The couple share 12-year-old daughter Peyton.

Babyface was previously married to Tracey Edmonds, the mother of his sons Brandon and Dylan, from 1992 to 2005.
