One of WWE’s biggest events of the year goes down on Saturday night when the Royal Rumble comes to St. Louis, Missouri. An annual event full of surprises and drama, the Royal Rumble also kicks off WrestleMania season and the march to the biggest event of the year on April 2 and 3.
The winners of the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches go on to wrestle for world championships at WrestleMania. Last year, the matches were won by Edge and Bianca Belair. Belair will look to make it two in a row on Saturday as she has declared for the Rumble. Edge, meanwhile, will be teaming with his wife, Beth Phoenix, as they take on one of WWE’s other married superstar duos in The Mix and Maryse. WWE Royal Rumble will be presented live Saturday night from The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. It will begin at 8 p.m. ET with a kickoff show starting one hour earlier at 7 p.m. on Peacock.
