Heavy rain continues to fall across southeast Louisiana Wednesday, some over the same areas for an extended period of time. You can check out our live, interactive radar here. While there will be breaks in the rain, it may be persistent enough to keep flooding issues in areas that have already received too much rainfall. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for all of southeast Louisiana through Thursday night.A Flood Advisory is in place for portions of St. Tammany, Washington Parish, and Hancock and Harrison County in Mississippi until 7:15 a.m. Some locations in these areas have seen three to five inches of rain already with another two inches possible. One or two strong to severe storms cannot be ruled out Wednesday, possibly producing strong wind gusts, isolated tornadoes, or hail during this time period.
