Jenna Bush Hager always steps out on to the Today show stage looking incredible — but even more so for special occasions.
To toast the holiday season, Jenna and fellow co-host Hoda Kotb starred in a promotional Instagram video for Today With Hoda and Jenna. While both women looked stunning standing alongside a decorated Christmas tree, folks were particularly enamored with Jenna’s elegant yet sexy blue velvet dress. The festive look featured long sleeves, a plunging neckline and a high-low style hem. Adding a little more flair to the ensemble, the left side of Jenna’s frock was cinched together with decorative gold buttons.
Due to the boldness of the dress, Jenna’s accessories were a bit more demure. She wore a pair of strapped black heels and her signature layered necklaces. The Sisters First author also wore natural makeup for the cameras.
Because Today show fans love to see Jenna’s ever-changing wardrobe, they instantly reacted to seeing her in the holiday outfit. Many didn’t hesitate to let her (and Hoda) know how their thoughts.
“The moves are questionable BUT the dresses SLAY 🙌🙌👏👏 Love you both ❤️,” one person wrote in the Instagram comments section. “Love your dresses today! You both look beautiful! 😊👍,” another follower noted. “Love the dress Jenna,” a different user added.
This is just another example of Jenna being adventurous with the attire she wears on daytime TV. What’s more, this isn’t the first time she’s worn velvet during the holiday season. Back in November, she paid an homage to 1970s fashion by wearing a burgundy velvet suit during a live taping.

In fact, she surprised audience members when she stepped out in a burgundy velvet suit as a subtle nod to 1970s fashion just a few weeks back.
Speaking with Good Housekeeping, she revealed that she puts together her ensembles. “I think clothes are fun,” she told us. “[Hoda and I] don’t have our own stylist, we do our own thing.”

In the first image, Cardi dusted off her Grammy award, and in the third, a copy of her 2018 record Invasion of Privacy was neatly tucked away in the background. Along with her tattoos, Cardi’s tongue and famous laugh made an appearance–as to not forget who the real star of the show is.
In a second post shared by the 30-year-old artist, Cardi offered fans a “Mugler-inspired” version of Marge, referencing the late French fashion designer Thierry Mugler who was known for his eccentric and extravagant avant-garde designs.
In the photos, Cardi wore a sleek, black and white gown outfitted with a crystal cut-out back. Showing off her curves and modeling capabilities, the singer perfectly recreated a 2013 version of Marge initially drawn by the contemporary pop artist aleXsandro Palombo.
Her fans couldn’t get enough of the cosplay, and many took to the comments to tell her how much they loved these looks.
“ATEEEEE,” exclaimed choreographer Sean Bankhead, while celebrity makeup artist Norvina later added, “loveeeeeee🔥🔥🔥.”
