See Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott’s Family Photo With Stormi and Son

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are serving up heavenly fashion.

The couple—accompanied by daughter Stormi, 4, and their baby boy, 8 months—shared their angelic costumes to Kylie’s Instagram Stories for Halloween 2022, and the family affair is absolutely celestial.

And according to Kylie, it was all Stormi’s idea. As she wrote on TikTok, “stormi said lets be angels.”

Dressed in white from top to bottom, Kylie and her family pose for a mirror selfie as the 25-year-old snaps a photo of their coordinating outfits. The Kylie Cosmetics founder is clad in a skin-tight white dress accessorized with a pointy choker and a pair of angel wings. Meanwhile, Stormi matched her mom’s vibe by wearing a white silk blouse and pearl necklaces. Her wings were drapped in white lace, while a fluffy halo headband completed her look.

The boys boys also kept in tune with the theme. Travis sported a white jacket and shirt with white pants, topped off with a beige hat. Their baby boy—whose updated name has not been announced after Kylie revealed in March 21 that it was no longer Wolf—is wearing a tiny pair of angel wings as he gently touches his dad’s cheek.

Travis Scott’s spiked seltzer has been discontinued

“After careful evaluation, we have decided to stop all production and brand development of CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer. We believe brand fans will understand and respect this decision,” an Anheuser-Busch spokesperson said in a statement to CNN Business.

All press releases related to CACTI and Travis Scott are no longer available on the Anheuser-Busch website.

Nike postponed the launch of the Air Max 1 X Cactus Jack “out of respect for everyone impacted by the tragic events at the Astroworld Festival,” the shoemaker said.
The CACTI deal ending comes after the Astroworld festival tragedy on Nov. 5, in which 10 people died and many more were injured. At least seven of the victims’ families declined Scott’s offer to pay for their funerals, CNN reported. As of November, at least 140 lawsuits have been filed in connection to the festival tragedy.
Scott announced the partnership for the agave-spiked seltzer in December 2020. His other promotions included a McDonald’s meal and a Fortnite concert deal with video game developer Epic Games, which set an all-time concurrent views record for the platform with more than 12.3 million viewers.

AstroWorld victims’ families reject Travis Scott’s funeral

Following the deadly crowd surge at AstroWorld that killed 10 and injured hundreds in November, rapper Travis Scott announced he would pay for the victims’ funeral. Half of them have since rejected the offer.

Per Rolling Stone, the family of the youngest victim, nine-year-old Ezra Blount, was the first to refuse. Now, four others are saying, “no, thanks.” According to the attorneys representing the families, Scott’s offer was more about public optics than expressing remorse.

“It was not an offer [the Hilgerts] were going to seriously consider,” Richard Mithoff, the lawyer representing 14-year-old John Hilgert’s family, told Rolling Stone. “Of all the things this case is about, that’s the least of any concern. This family is set on making change and ensuring this never happens at a concert again. I find offering to pay for funerals frankly demeaning and really inappropriate to the magnitude of the tragedy that unfolded.”

Other lawyers agree. Philip Corboy, who represents the families of Jacob Jurinek and Franco Patino, both 21, said his clients “realized quickly that all he was trying to do was trying to lessen the public outcry on his case […] It took them each about three seconds to say ‘No, no no.’”

“If he’s trying to impress upon the families that he’s sincere and has concern for them and realize that funerals can be expensive, what Scott’s team did is not the way to do it,” Corboy said. “You don’t get a piece of paper in the mail from a lawyer in Beverly Hills who says he represents Travis Scott. These families are raw right now; that lacks any personal touch.”

The representative for the family of Axel Acosta, 21, Tony Buzbee, also took offense to the offer. He didn’t even return Scott’s lawyer’s call. “It’s bullshit. If you gave a shit about these families, you wouldn’t have to put out a press release for everyone to see saying he’s willing to pay for a funeral.”

“Let the families grieve and shut up, that’s it. When something like this happens, there’s not a whole lot someone like Travis Scott could do to assuage their pain,” Buzbee said. “He says he feels sorry for them but he’s quick to say it wasn’t his fault. He’s no different than any defendant pointing fingers to someone else. They don’t want funeral expenses from him. Whatever we get from him we’re going to get through the court system.”

Along with Drake, Apple, and Live Nation, Travis Scott is currently facing a $2 billion lawsuit on behalf of 282 plaintiffs. Another suit, representing 125 plaintiffs and asking for $750 million in damages, was also filed. Buzbee, however, believes they will be “consolidated in a single courtroom in Houston.”

Astroworld Victim’s Family Rejects Travis Scott’s Offer to Pay for Funeral

  • The family of 9-year-old Astroworld victim Ezra Blount declined Travis Scott’s offer to pay for their son’s funeral.
  • Scott had previously offered to pay the funeral costs for each of the people who died at the show.
  • Blount’s father has since sued Scott over the concert, where 10 people died in a crowd surge.

The family of the youngest victim of the Astroworld Festival tragedy rejected Travis Scott’s offer to pay for the boy’s funeral, according to letters obtained by Insider.

Ezra Blount, 9, became trapped in the crowd surge at Houston’s Astroworld Festival earlier this month and later died after spending days in a medically induced coma.

Scott had previously offered to pay for funeral costs for all 10 people who died at his show in November.

“Travis is devastated by the tragedy that occurred at the Astroworld Festival and grieves for the families whose loved ones died or were injured,” Scott’s lawyer Daniel Petrocelli wrote to the Blount family.

“Travis is committed to doing his part to help the families who have suffered and begin the long process of healing in the Houston community. Toward that end, Travis would like to pay for the funeral expenses for Mr. Blount’s son,” Petrocelli said.

In response, the Blount family reportedly rejected the offer.

“Your client’s offer is declined. I have no doubt Mr. Scott feels remorse. His journey ahead will be painful. He must face and hopefully see that he bears some of the responsibility for this tragedy,” Blount family lawyer Bob Hilliard said.

Scott’s legal team also reached out to Hilliard and the Blount family requesting an in-person meeting, Rolling Stone reported. That offer was also declined by the family.

“With all due respect, no. This isn’t a photo-op story here. This is a ‘who’s responsible and why’ type of investigation. And he’s on the shortlist,” Hilliard reportedly wrote back to Scott.

Blount’s father, Treston Blount, has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Scott and the event’s organizers.

Indian-Origin Girl Bharati Shahani, 22, Among 9 Killed In US Rapper Travis Scott’s Concert Tragedy

Astroworld Stampede: Bharati Shahani was about to graduate from Texas A&M University.

Houston:

A 22-year-old Indian-origin student has succumbed to her injuries sustained during the deadly crowd surge at rapper Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival, taking the death toll in the tragedy to 9, her family has said.

Bharati Shahani, who was about to graduate from Texas A&M University in the spring, died on Wednesday night after suffering a severe brain injury in the tragedy on November 5. She was on a ventilator, according to her family.

A stampede of fans during rap star Scott‘s Astroworld Festival on Friday night killed nine people between the ages of 14 and 27 and injured scores. An investigation continues into the tragedy.

Bharti’s heartbroken family on Thursday confirmed she has been declared dead from injuries she suffered during the chaos at the Astroworld Festival.

“She was like an angel to us.” Bharti’s father Sunny said as his wife and other family members sobbed and held hands behind him.

“Bharti is love,” said mother Karishma, who was overcome by grief.

“Always thinking about everybody – friends, parents, family, her dog Blue. “They say Bharti was the backbone of the family, “the light of their lives” who was a gift from God.

“She was everything to me,” Bharti’s younger sister Namrata said. “We did everything together… she was like a second mother to me.”

The young Aggie was a first-generation American of Indian origin and a good student who would have graduated soon with a computer science degree. She also helped with the family business and took care of her sisters.

An Aggie is a student at Texas A&M University.

Bharti had never been to a concert before — rarely did anything for herself, her mom said — but she decided to go see Travis Scott with Namrata and a cousin.

“She was looking forward to it, she had her outfits planned, she tried everything on, she showed me,” Namrata said.

The sisters were holding hands and enjoying the music, but they got separated during the crowd surge.

Texas A&M officials released a statement offering their condolences to Bharti’s family.

“The Aggie family is deeply saddened to learn of Bharti’s death. Our deepest condolences go out to her family and friends. We encourage our campus community to be kind and patient with themselves and others as everyone experiences grief in different ways. We also encourage anyone struggling to lean on their peers and professionals who are here to listen and help.”

People at the concert described the crowd of about 50,000 as packed and dangerous before the concert even started.

“We were drowning. We were drowning. We were dying. We were screaming for help, screaming for the concert to stop, crying, yelling. No one listened. No one cared,” her cousin, Mohit Bellani, said.

Bharti, her sister Namrata Shahani and Bellani went to the Travis Scott concert together, but lost contact with each other and lost their cellphones when the crowd surged.

“Once one person fell, people started toppling like dominos,” Bellani said on the local channel.

“It was like a sinkhole. People were falling on top of each other. There were … layers of bodies on the ground, like two people thick. We were fighting to come up to the top and (to) breathe (and) stay alive.” She was a sister, a daughter, a high-achieving college student about to graduate from Texas A&M University with high, high grades,” family James Lassiter said.

Bharti’s family had set up a GoFundMe to cover high medical expenses at the ICU, with over USD 79,184 raised as of now.

Another South Asian, Danish Baig, 27, was killed during the crowd rush while trying to save his fiancee, his brother was quoted as saying by local media.

Pakistani-American Danish, from Euless, Texas, fell during the chaos and was trampled by concertgoers while trying to protect Olivia Swingle.

“Travis Scott and his team and everyone associated in the event should and will be held responsible. He [didn’t] stop the show even with people chanting and to stop the show. He allowed it. This was a bloodbath and all of it is on his hands,” his brother said.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Wednesday announced the formation of a concert safety task force that will convene members including music industry representatives, law enforcement and state agencies to issue recommendations on how to keep concerts safe.

“Live music is a source of joy, entertainment, and community for so many Texans — and the last thing concertgoers should have to worry about is their safety and security,” Abbott said in a statement.

Scott and event organisers have come under intense scrutiny for how they handled a crowd surge that injured hundreds.

“I’m absolutely devastated by what took place last night,” the rapper said in a statement the day after the incident. “My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at the Astroworld Festival.”
