Boosie calls Michael B. Jordan a ‘simp’ for dating Lori Harvey

‘I think we need to stop giving the woman the power with situations like this.’

Boosie Badazz has weighed in on the romance between Lori Harvey and actor Michael B. Jordan.

The model and step-daughter to Steve Harvey previously dated Diddy, Future and she was engaged to Dutch professional soccer player Memphis Depay, but that relationship ended.

When asked about Harvey’s body count, Boosie responded, “I think we need to stop giving the woman the power with situations like this. Girls keep saying it’s ‘goals.’ ” He continued, “We gotta start giving the bachelors, the men, who running through women like this, the credit.” Watch him explain it in the clip below.

He went on saying, “Last time I went to Diddy house, him and Bu was together, they dawgs! We gotta start giving them the credit instead of Lori.”

Vlad then noted, “To be fair, most of the guys we talking about have been through a bunch of bad chicks already. Lori Harvey is a very pretty girl, [but] I wouldn’t put her at the absolute top of my list.” Boosie fired back with, “But the industry has! You wouldn’t put her [on your list], the music has.”

“A lot of rappers want her because a lot of big dogs want her on their wish list. You gotta give the bachelors credit. People act like they fallin’, but nobody’s stuck. You only gonna stuck cause once you been ran through like that, you’re only gonna catch a simp, you ain’t gonna catch no street,” Boosie declared.

theGRIO previously reported, Jordan and Harvey confirmed their relationship on Instagram last month. The couple shared tender photos of each other on their social media pages.

2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am leaderboard breakdown: Jordan Spieth in control entering final round

After wind stamped out most of the low scoring from leaders on Saturday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, the stage is set for what should be a compelling finale on Sunday. Conditions are expected to ease a bit as Jordan Spieth tries to steer his first victory in nearly four years into the harbor, but his battle will be less with Mother Nature and more with Daniel Berger and Patrick Cantlay.

Spieth has struggled in the last few years on Saturdays and Sundays, but he stayed steady in this third round with a 71 that saw him surge into the final group on Sunday after a late hole-out erased several early bogeys (see below). And while Spieth shooting a 66 on Sunday to win this thing would be the most exciting outcome by a wide margin, there are other good ones as well.

Let’s rank the top of the board by who is most favored to win on Sunday — according to our friends at William Hill — and see what’s at stake for all of them.

Jordan Spieth (-13 +188): Spieth’s Saturday seemed stalled until he banged home a 160-yarder for eagle at the 16th to tie Berger for the lead. Berger has to loathe going heads up against the three-time major champ, too. At the 2017 Travelers Championship, Spieth holed out from a bunker against him for the win in a playoff right before winning his Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. A Spieth win on Sunday would be monumental for both his season and the sport as a whole. And “I have no idea how he’s leading by two going into Sunday” is as good a baromter as we have for whether Spieth is back.

Patrick Cantlay (-11, +350): In doing a bit of Cantlay research earlier in the week, I had the epiphany that he and Xander Schauffele are more or less the same player. They do the same things well and have won and top 10ed at the exact same clip through, roughly, the first 100 tournaments of their careers. I’m not sure we talk about them in the same way, though. Sometimes I think Xander gets more attention and more headlines, which might be fair, but a win here for Cantlay would be yet another step in his evolution.

Daniel Berger (-11, +550): Dating back to last year’s event at Pebble, Berger has eight top 10s in 18 events, and he’ll almost certainly make it nine in 19 this week. He’s been (by far) the best driver in the field thus far, but his biggest problem might be keeping the guy who will be playing behind of him out of his head. Either that or the 18th hole, which he doubled on Saturday to fall out of a co-lead with Spieth and out of the final group on Sunday.

Russell Knox (-11, 12-1): Knox has been hitting it beautifully all week, but his big problem right now is the quality of player either tied with him or ahead of him. It’s an issue, and that 12-1 number is not long enough.

Jason Day (-10, 12-1): Day has been quiet so far this week, and he’s probably a good fade on Sunday. He’s one of just two players in the current top 10 to lose strokes on his approach shots. Still, the pedigree is immense, so he’s always a threat, but there’s enough star power ahead of him that he doesn’t seem super appealing at 12-1.

Paul Casey (-10, 12-1): I actually prefer Casey chasing from behind and like the number at 12-1. He’s had a lot of success on this course but isn’t hitting it as well as I would like. Still he’s the deeper chaser I like the most in the final round, and I don’t think anybody deeper than this can pull off the win.

Michael B. Jordan is Alexa’s voice (and body) in Amazon’s Super Bowl ad

Ahead of Sunday’s match between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, you can watch the ad Amazon will air during the Super Bowl. Titled Alexa’s Body, it features an Amazon employee and the company’s new $100 Echo model. Oh, and Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan makes an appearance too.

The ad starts with the fictional employee praising the design of Amazon’s latest smart speaker. “I literally couldn’t imagine a more beautiful vessel for Alexa to be…  inside,” they say of the 2020 Echo, her train of thought drifting off as a bus pulls up outside, its side plastered with an ad for Jordan’s new Prime Video series, Without Remorse. We then see a couple of scenes with Jordan as Alexa, the best one coming towards the middle of the ad.

Tom Brady vs. Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl is ‘like LeBron and Jordan playing in the Finals’

Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes will meet in Super Bowl LV on February 7 after leading their sides to victory on Championship Sunday.

Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers stunned the red-hot Green Bay Packers 31-26 in the NFC championship, while Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills 38-24 in the AFC championship.

And given the 18-year age difference between the two star quarterbacks, fans are thrilled at the idea of 43-year-old Brady facing off against 25-year-old Mahomes in Tampa Bay in two weeks.

Some compared them to the two editions of Yoda from the Star Wars films and the Mandelorian TV series.

Others tweeted photos announcing the clash of the two titans with pictures of two goats — suggesting both Brady and Mahomes are two of the greatest players of all time — while others compared it to a young Kobe Bryant facing an older Michael Jordan.
READ: Inauguration cool — forget the outfits, everyone is talking about the kicks
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and now CBS commentator Tony Romo described it as an “all-time matchup” as well as comparing it to “LeBron and Jordan playing in the (NBA) Finals.”
It will also be the first ever Super Bowl match-up between the winning quarterbacks from the previous two Super Bowls.

In winning on Sunday, Brady advanced to his 10th Super Bowl — nine with the New England Patriots and now one with the Buccaneers after signing with them before this season.

And like he did the last time he made it to the big game in 2019, he celebrated in style with his long-time Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski, who also made the move to Tampa Bay before this season.

How Brady has helped to transform the Buccaneers has been remarkable, leading the team to the Super Bowl when last year they failed to even reach the playoffs.

For Mahomes, on the other hand, his stock is only on the rise.

He will be playing in his second successive Super Bowl having won it last year and joined Kurt Warner, Brady, and Russell Wilson as the only quarterbacks to reach the Super Bowl twice in their first four NFL seasons, according to NFL Research.
Five-time NBA All-Star Damian Lillard even compared Mahomes’ ability to that of Steph Curry on Instagram.
