‘Jersey Shore’ star Vinny Guadagnino buys $3.43M NYC pad

Vinny Guadagnino of “Jersey Shore” fame has shelled out $3.43 million for a sprawling two-bedroom, three-bathroom Manhattan apartment.

Located in upscale Soho, the unit comes with windows galore boasting magnificent city views, including vistas of the Hudson River and One World Trade.

The “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” star, who hails from Staten Island, closed on the home on May 13, records show.

“Enjoy elevated loft-like living in the sky” the previous listing notes.

Features of the residence include an open layout design with floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot-high ceilings, a Lutron smart lighting system and electronic shades in every room.

Spanning 1,250 square feet, the open chef’s kitchen comes with a four-burner gas range with a built-in vented hood, a convection oven and a speed oven.

The two bedrooms are on opposite sides for optimal privacy. Both ensuite bathrooms are built with marble and have a window. The primary ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and heated floors.

Meanwhile, the self-described “keto Guido” can also take advantage of the building’s amenities — which include a landscaped outdoor terrace, a fitness center, a 24-hour lobby service and a super.

The move comes after Guadagnino decided to part ways with his Los Angeles home he bought before deciding the West Coast vibe wasn’t really for him.

The 34-year-old ended up selling the home for $3.85 million, $355,000 more than he paid for it just nine months prior.

Jersey Shore: Search continues for missing swimmer in Wildwood, New Jersey

WILDWOOD, New Jersey (WPVI) — The search for a missing swimmer in Wildwood, New Jersey continued Wednesday.

The swimmer, who was last seen on Tuesday afternoon, has not been identified.

“We saw the helicopter flying over, and we were playing bocci ball, and we’re wondering, ‘What’s going on? What’s going on?'” said Giovanni Nastri, of Wildwood and North Jersey.

It started around 4 p.m. Tuesday when a group of swimmers was in distress at the beach off Andrews Avenue.

The beach isn’t fully staffed until later in June, and no lifeguards were on duty.

Wildwood Fire Chief Ernie Troiano III said the swimmers were far beyond the usual distance from shore.

One swimmer was able to get out on his own.

Responding crews were there in minutes and rescued two more.

“One was at least 200 yards out. The other was probably about 125 or so yards out,” Chief Troiano said.

“We immediately saw them; crews split up – one went after the one victim, another crew went after another victim. (They) brought them in on boards,” Troiano explained.

But crews never had a visual on the fourth swimmer.

A friend told first responders the last time he saw him.

“He said they were trying to get back in. He was on the sandbar, and his friend was in front of him, and as a breaker came, he said he saw him, and then he didn’t see him again,” said Troiano.

A helicopter hovered overhead as the search began.

The U.S. Coast Guard, state police, and local boats were all deployed.

Rescue teams formed a human chain and slowly walked through the water, sweeping the sand with their feet.

A sea tow was also brought in to use its sonar. A diver was lowered into the water after the sonar got a hit, but the search turned up nothing.

“There is a rip (current) there. So more than likely the individuals were pulled out in the rip, and either tried to fight it or get back in and didn’t swim parallel to the beach, tried to swim out of it. But either way, they definitely got overcome,” said Troiano.

Troiano urged people not to swim when there are no lifeguards present.

Photos show family moments before tragic NJ sand collapse killed teen

Exclusive photos show the family of a teenager who died in a freak sand hole collapse on the Jersey Shore having fun in the sun just moments before tragedy struck.

The last known images of the Caverly family appear to show Levi, 18, digging the deep pit with his 17-year-old sister as their parents,  Angela and Todd, watched at Toms River’s Ocean Beach 3, according to a beach-goer who snapped the shot.

“They were digging so frigging deep. We’ve had storms and everything was wet, so the sand was firm. It wasn’t hard to dig that deep. I’d say by 12:30 p.m., you couldn’t even see them, they were so deep,” the beach-goer told The Post.

The witness said she accidentally captured the family in the background of a photo she shot of her husband around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday — just hours before the sand caved in on the teens, killing Levi and burying his sister up to her neck, according to police and witnesses.

The woman who took the shot said she got a bad feeling about the teens digging, and considered warning the family of the danger.

A witness said Levi Caverly and his sister were digging a very deep hole before the sand collapsed.

“I said to my husband, ‘I’d better go over there,’” she said.

The beach-goer, who asked not to be named, decided not to intervene — but later realized something was terribly wrong when she saw first responders arriving.

“At around 3:45 p.m., there were helicopters, fire engines. I came running over,” she said, adding: “These are the last family pictures, timestamped 12:49.”

The woman said she can’t get the tragedy out of her mind.

“I couldn’t sleep last night. I know better. I’m the kind of person who gets a premonition, and I knew something wasn’t right about this hole,” she said. “I was bothered by it, and in hindsight I should have walked over here and said, ‘You’ve got to watch it. Don’t dig.’ That’s why there’s a lot of guilt.”

The witness said she captured the family in the background of a photo she was taking of her husband.

Another witness told The Post Wednesday that she assumed someone had drowned when she saw the number of cops rushing toward the shoreline.

“We got to the beach and said, ‘Oh no, somebody drowned.’ And then I saw all the shovels and everybody was going crazy,” said Frankie Graziano, 52, who was walking dogs with her sister.

She watched the father of the teens’ “agonized” facial expression as dozens of first responders tried to dig out his kids from the hole, which fire officials said was 10 feet deep.

“The hole was so deep that you could hardly see the men who were digging. The men were meticulously handing off buckets of sand in a row in a bucket brigade to get it away from the hole. I heard them say, ‘We’ve located him.’  He was obviously deceased because he’d been in there too long,” she said.

“I saw the dad, too. I saw his face. I could recognize the agony in it. My heart bleeds for him, because one day your life is whole and the next day it’s broken. And the guilt that goes along with it — I’m sure they’ll never be the same again,” she said.

The Caverly family, from Union, Maine, was on vacation when the freak accident unfolded, Toms River police said.

The siblings had spent hours digging the hole with Frisbees before it collapsed, according to police and other sources. It took first responders more than 2 1/2 hours to dig out Levi and his sister, who was treated for injuries at the scene, according to police.
