An insider who has direct knowledge revealed that Jayne mentioned that Hilton made a homophobic statement during their trip back to Aspen.
Furthermore, the source stated that Hilton allegedly used the slur against a DJ at the club who refused to play Michael Jackson’s song.

Los Angeles Judge Richard Fruin recently found there was no evidence that Erika participated in ‘any wrongdoing’, her attorney, Evan C. Borges, confirmed to Page Six.
Erika had been sued as part of a $5 million fraud case for ‘aiding and abetting’ disgraced lawyer Tom, 81, in his alleged embezzlement of settlement funds meant for his clients.
The lawsuit was filed by Tom’s former colleagues, attorneys Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn, and their attorney Ronald Richards said they plan to appeal the ruling.

The judge in his ruling found that Erika did not owe Sheldon and Finn any fiduciary duty, which is the obligation a party has to act in another party’s best interest.
‘The Court finds that there is no triable issue of material fact as to Ms Girardi having ‘actual knowledge’ of plaintiffs claims of the existence of a fiduciary duty between plaintiffs and [Girardi and Girardi & Keese],’ the ruling said.
‘The Court, therefore, grants summary judgement in favor of defendant Erika Girardi,’ it added.

Erika Jayne is jumping back into the Los Angeles dating pool … going out with other singles for the first time since she filed for divorce.
Sources tell TMZ … “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star started dating again a month ago, and she’s already been on a handful of dates with different men.
It’s a big step for Erika … finally testing the dating waters after filing for divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi back in November after 21 years of marriage.
Lot’s has changed since Erika was last single back in the 1990s … but she’s not using dating apps. We’re told she’s being set up with suitors by her friends, and the dates have all been with local guys.
Our sources say Erika is seeing if there’s a spark with a mix of men … some of her dates work in show biz and some work in other fields.
In addition to going on dates, Erika’s keeping busy in other ways amid her well-documented legal and financial issues … she’s also filming scenes for the new season of ‘RHOBH’ with the other housewives.
Bottom line … Erika’s ready to get back in the game again.
Erika Jayne Not Watching ‘RHOBH’ Reunion, Doesn’t Want to Relive Drama
While millions are tuning in to see the ‘RHOBH’ reunion, one pair of eyes won’t be — those belonging to Erika Jayne, who is not looking to re-experience all that tension and drama.
Sources tell TMZ … Erika has no plans to watch the 4-part special because what she went through while shooting it was grueling enough. If she were to watch, she knows that would mean going through the roller coaster of emotions again … and she’s just not up for it.
Instead, we’re told she’ll keep busy by working on a couple of business ventures and, overall, staying in a good headspace.
Erika, of course, spent an entire day filming the reunion on September 10. She was in the hot seat amid allegations her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, stole money intended for families of those who died in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia.
During Part 1 of Wednesday’s reunion … around 1.5 million viewers tuned in to watch host Andy Cohen grill Erika about the legal woes. She took the opportunity to address people accusing Girardi of siphoning millions, saying the biggest misconception is “that I’m cold and have no sympathy.”

Erika added that she wants anyone who was wronged to be whole again, and that it’s important that the alleged victims hear that from her.
As for what’s keeping her busy … we’re told some of the new business ventures include a beauty-related project and a big social media project. But, while she’s trying to move on … ‘RHOBH’ might not make it easy to do so.

‘RHOBH’ producers want to take advantage of a juicy storyline involving Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi — they’re skipping their usual break, and firing up cameras early to shoot a new season.
Production sources tell TMZ … ‘RHOBH’ producers can’t get enough of Erika’s various legal and financial problems connected to her estranged husband, so the series is gearing up to go back into production for season 12 on a quick turnaround.
We’re told producers feel Erika’s storyline is just too good to miss, so they’re beginning production several months earlier than normal — cameras will roll next week with some of the women.
As we’ve told you … there’s plenty of Erika drama to dig into for the cast — she filed for divorce from her attorney husband in November, but shortly afterward she was sued for allegedly hiding assets in a “sham divorce.”
Not long after that, Tom’s assets were frozen and he’s currently under investigation amid accusations he stole money intended for families of those who died in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia.
It’s also alleged Erika’s company, EJ Global, received over $20 million from Tom’s law firm … money meant for his clients.

Tom Girardi seemingly implicates Erika Jayne in legal battle
Tom Girardi may have just implicated his estranged wife, Erika Jayne, in his dramatic legal struggles.
Paps caught Girardi, 82, leaving a two-hour lunch with a friend at an upscale restaurant and asked the question on everyone’s mind — “Did Erika know anything?”
The frail-looking former lawyer briefly paused before he shockingly threw Jayne under the bus.
“I think she does,” he stated.
The admission is stunning and potentially legally troubling for the 50-year-old “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star — who filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 after two decades of marriage — given that she has extensively claimed that she had no idea he was allegedly embezzling millions of dollars from his clients over the years.
But despite Jayne’s repeated denial, other Housewives have joined the chorus of accusers.
“RHOBH” alum Camille Grammer alleged she heard of Jayne and Girardi’s financial woes at Andy Cohen’s baby shower in 2019, while ex-“RHONY” star Bethenny Frankel called Girardi’s financial issues the “worst-kept secret” in Los Angeles, also alleging that he owed her late ex, Dennis Shields, $500K.
Girardi was accused of funneling millions from his former law firm, Girardi Keese — which has since filed for bankruptcy — into Jayne’s lavish lifestyle, including at one point, finances meant for plane-crash victims. It’s been further alleged that the couple’s divorce last year was a “sham” meant to obscure their financial misdeeds.
Asked about Girardi’s admission by paps when she arrived back in LA following a trip to Las Vegas, Jayne stayed silent while striding through the parking lot.
Girardi is currently residing at an assisted-living facility after having been disbarred in March. He is also under a conservatorship headed by his brother Robert, and a mental evaluation given in February diagnosed Tom with late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia — all of which is to say that statement about Jayne, on-camera or not, may not hold up to close scrutiny in court, or even be admissible at all, if it comes to that.

The end of Erika’s 21-year marriage to Tom Girardi has been a major storyline in Season 11 after she attempted to bury the news of the divorce by secretly filing on Election Day.
Jayne was recently ‘ordered to turn over financial records’ from her accountant, lawyer and landlord in embezzlement lawsuit with Girardi.
The order comes as a bankruptcy trustee continues to investigate Girardi’s assets, amid claims that both Girardi and Jayne allegedly embezzled settlement funds that were meant to help the families of plane crash victims on Lion Air Flight 610.
However, according to legal documents obtained by People magazine, Jayne’s lawyers were already maintaining that the reality star ‘has been and remains willing to cooperate fully with the Trustee’s investigation in this bankruptcy of debtor Girardi & Keese.’
Moving on: Erika filed for divorce from Tom on Election Day after 21 years of marriage; seen in 2018
While Erika maintained that she was ‘kept away from the books,’ the trustee in a new lawsuit is mandating that even if that were to be the case ‘it would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk completely free of owing over $25,000,000 to the Estate.’
The now unearthed lawsuit reads that ‘any payments made for her benefit are her responsibility,’ after it was alleged that she had spent $25 million of the firm’s money from 2008 to 2020 — funds that were allegedly transferred into her personal company EJ Global LLC.
The news comes just days after it was revealed that her ex Girardi’s firm owes more than $100 million to creditors, with the total liabilities at $97 million more than the total assets of all property — which is roughly $4.1 million.
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed Tom checked into a senior living home in Burbank last month following reports he was diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease earlier this year.
The Belmont Village Senior Living facility in Southern California costs upwards of $5,000 per month for a private suite with staff available 24/7, and boasts chef-prepared dining with 24 daily choices of meals.
Girardi was also recently placed under a conservatorship by his brother Robert where courts cited a ‘major neurocognitive disorder’ and has been federally disbarred by the California Federal Court.
