T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach start mediation with ABC
It’s war.
Mediation between ABC and their lovebird “GMA3” anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach started Thursday and could go well into the weekend — perhaps even next week — according to insiders.
“There could be a couple of days of back and forth,” one source told Page Six.
Multiple sources told us ABC is concerned about potential leaks, and has launched an internal investigation into who might be running their mouths about the scandalous couple at the company, in addition to their Holmes and Robach probe.
“No one is sharing any information [about the investigation] because they’re afraid of people [could be] leaking,” a second source confirmed.
Needless to say, there’s a lot of finger-pointing going on behind the scenes, we hear, with all sides accusing each other of shenanigans, we’re told.
Case in point: The investigation is so close to the vest that after TMZ reported on details of the mediation (including its start date, and that the couple would appear on Zoom), multiple sources said they felt like the information came from someone in the room.
Our first source explained, “Only [direct people involved] would know those kinds of details.”
Meanwhile, others feel like ABC is trying to weaponize Holmes’ numerous alleged affairs with women at the company.
A third person implied that all the negative press that Holmes is receiving “is a shot across the bow, a warning sign,” from ABC.

And now it appears the couple has already come a long way from the days when their ABC colleagues apparently prayed with them after their affair was exposed.
A fourth source claims their colleagues at the network are split on whether they want them to return. “Half would love to see them back. Half would love to see them go,” the source said.
One thing that everyone can agree on is that they’re ready to put the Robach and Holmes affair scandal to bed. The lovebird anchors even escaped to Turks & Caicos, Robach’s previous getaway with estranged husband Andrew Shue, earlier this week for a break from the drama.
Reps did not comment, and Holmes has not commented on the alleged affairs.
Nikki Haley accuses Pompeo of ‘lies and gossip to sell book’ after vice-president plot claim | Books
Nikki Haley said the former secretary of state Mike Pompeo’s claim that she plotted to replace Mike Pence as Donald Trump’s vice-president was “lies and gossip to sell a book”.
The former United Nations ambassador spoke to Fox News on Thursday evening, after the Guardian obtained a copy of Pompeo’s forthcoming memoir, Never Give An Inch, and reported his comments about Haley.
Haley resigned from the Trump administration in October 2018. Before that, Pompeo says, she set up a personal meeting with Trump in the Oval Office without checking with him.
Pompeo writes that John Kelly, then Trump’s chief of staff, thought Haley had in fact been accompanied by Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner as they presented “a possible ‘Haley for vice-president’ option”.
Pompeo also writes unfavourably of Haley’s performance as UN ambassador and criticises her resignation.
Speaking to Fox News, Haley said: “I don’t know why he said it, but that’s exactly why I stayed out of DC as much as possible, to get away from the drama.”
She also pointed out that Pompeo says in his book he does not know if the story is true.
Haley and Pompeo are among possible contenders for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024, a contest in which Trump remains the only confirmed candidate.
But Haley seems set to run.
She told Fox News: “We are still working through things and we’ll figure it out. I’ve never lost a race. I said that then I still say that now. I’m not going to lose now.”
Haley turns 51 on Friday. In a remark seemingly directed at Joe Biden, who is 80, but also Donald Trump, who is 76, she said: “I don’t think you need to be 80 years old to go be a leader in DC. I think we need a young generation to come in, step up and really start fixing things. Can I be that leader? Yes, I think I can be that leader.”
The former South Carolina governor has attracted support from Kushner’s family. She told Fox News Kushner and his wife were her friends, though she expected they would support Ivanka’s father.
She said: “May the best woman win.”
Pence, the senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley and even the former national security adviser John Bolton are among other possible candidates for the Republican nomination. But two men, Trump and the Florida governor, Ron DeSantis, dominate polling so far.
On Thursday, Ben Rhodes, a former foreign policy adviser to Barack Obama, wrote: “Pompeo and Haley poised for a real battle to see who can crack 1% in a Republican primary.”
Pompeo’s description of Haley’s supposed meeting with Trump chimed with reports that in 2019 prompted Trump to deny considering replacing Pence as vice-president.
On Thursday, Maggie Haberman, the New York Times reporter and author of the bestselling book Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America, noted that Kushner and Ivanka Trump “insisted to disbelieving colleagues and Pence allies that they had no role in the Haley/VP rumors”.

In the days since, we’ve seen tributes pour in from not only friends and family, but fans of the “Selfish” hitmaker as well, expressing their devastation at the talented artist being taken so soon.
The late recording artist’s little brother, PnB Meen is among those who shared in the public mourning, penning a heartbreaking message on his own Instagram feed that reads, “I don’t [know] how to begin. Ima let it go… You was the only one who believed I can do what you do. I can’t stop crying bro, why [you] ain’t have me with you?”

“I always have ya back [and] front [and] sides… Please give me the strength to do this,” he continued. “With all my soul ima carry. Stand on business, [and] get you right [while you’re] resting my brother. This is my first message to you of many.”
On Saturday (September 17), Meen provided an update on Rock’s family (though it was deleted shortly after), revealing that they’ve been having some issues trying to get their loved one’s body back home from California.
“We been having trouble getting my brother back to Philadelphia,” he wrote in the caption of his upload. “The state of Los Angeles claiming they have some type of law, going against our as Muslims. Now I have no clue when his Janazah.”
Meen described the situation as “not right” and noted that “it’s going on a week” since his older sibling was fatally shot.
“Prayers up,” he ended the post. “I got you big bro, [and] ya daughters.”

Beyoncé celebrated her 41st birthday earlier this month, on September 4th, but because the big day fell on Labour Day long weekend, the mother of three opted to push her party to the next weekend, celebrating with a star-studded roster of celebrity friends at a Bel Air mansion on Saturday (September 10) to “f*ck up the night” with Queen B herself.
As TMZ notes, the paparazzi didn’t snag any photos of the birthday girl on her own big day, though they did snap a picture of her husband JAY-Z, who wore a slick red suit and a pair of sunglasses.

Several members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were also at the party. Kim was photographed more than once sporting a red and black striped catsuit with her long platinum blonde hair cascading down her shoulders and oversized sunglasses shielding her eyes.
Family matriarch Kris joined her daughter for the evening, as did little sister Khloé Kardashian and her ex Tristan Thompson, though it remains unclear if the two showed up together.
Bella Hadid took a break from her New York Fashion Week duties to attend, and happy couple Adele and Rich Paul were also spotted at the function.

Tiffany Haddish Bumps & Grinds With Usher Onstage At His Las Vegas Residency: Watch
The comedian simply dropped by the show as a patron, but her famous friend didn’t hesitate to bring her out and turn up the heat.
Tiffany Haddish looks to be getting back into the dating game following her breakup from Common. Most recently, the comedian was hand-picked by Usher to join him onstage for a sultry performance during his Las Vegas residency, during which a bit of bumping and grinding took place between the two stars.
As TMZ notes, the 42-year-old attended the “OMG” hitmaker’s concert in Sin City on Friday (August 26), nabbing a great seat toward the front of the venue and simply expecting to enjoy her pal’s performance from the audience. Once Usher spotted her though, it was her time to shine alongside him.
Haddish looked like a kid in the candy store while the evening’s main act grinded up on her backside and she cheekily leaned into him. The 43-year-old Dallas native also sang to the Girls Trip actress before they played out a skit while sitting at a table together.
On her own Instagram feed, the Los Angeles-born entertainer shared a video of her turning up from down in the audience, a wide smile across her face as she sings along to Chris Brown’s “Party” featuring Usher and Gucci Mane.
Upon turning the camera around, Haddish shows off her view of the “Yeah!” artist dancing along with his entourage, all of them taking turns showing off their moves in a circle.
This isn’t the first time Usher’s name has been linked to The Last Black Unicorn author’s in the media, although the last time wasn’t so flattering.

First Week Sales Projections For J.I.D’s “The Forever Story” & DJ Khaled’s “GOD DID” Are In
Both artists nabbed a seriously impressive roster of features for their respective projects, but only one can take the No. 1 spot.

As has been a regular occurrence this summer, it was an impressive weekend for new hip-hop album releases from everyone from Sauce Walka and Dro Kenji to Roc Marciano and The Alchemist. Besides those exciting new arrivals, though, also came two projects that audiences are even more amped up for – DJ Khaled’s GOD DID, and Dreamville superstar J.I.D’s The Forever Story.
While the former worked with the likes of Drake, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, JAY-Z, John Legend, Fridayy, Kanye West, Eminem, and Dr. Dre (and that’s just on the first three titles) on his new arrival, the latter collaborated with Kenny Mason, EARTHGANG, 21 Savage, Baby Tate, Lil Durk, Ari Lennox, and Yasiin Bey, among others.
Reactions are still pouring in across social media as fans take in their first listen of each, but HDD is ready to announce the first week sales projections for both Khaled and J.I.D.
The 18-song-long GOD DID is expected to move 105K – 115K album-equivalent units in its first week out, which could be high enough to beat out Bad Bunny’s ever-triumphant Un Verano Sin Ti, though we’ve been surprised with the Latin rap album coming out on top against other big contenders in the past few months.
The Forever Story, on the other hand, is expected to shift anywhere between 27K – 30K copies during its first week out; it remains unclear if that will be high enough to place the 31-year-old Atlanta rapper in the top 10.
