This comes after the television personality shut down fan speculation that her and her sister Kim Kardashian, 42, have used a controversial diabetes medication to lose weight.

iPhone 15 Pro Models Rumored to Feature Titanium Frame, Taptic Buttons, Increased RAM, and More
Apple’s next-generation iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will have several new features, including a titanium frame, solid-state buttons with haptic feedback, and increased RAM, according to tech analyst Jeff Pu.
In a research note today for Hong Kong investment firm Haitong International Securities, Pu outlined his expectations for the iPhone 15 lineup, which he said will include a 6.1-inch iPhone 15, 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus, 6.1-inch iPhone 15 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max. Notably, he expects the Pro models to feature a titanium frame and solid-state volume and power buttons with haptic feedback from two extra Taptic Engines. He also expects the Pro models to have 8GB of RAM, up from 6GB in the iPhone 14 Pro models.
All three of these features have already been rumored for iPhone 15 Pro models by other sources like leaker “ShrimpApplePro” and analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
Pu said the iPhone 15 Pro models will be powered by an A17 Bionic chip manufactured with TSMC’s 3nm process, while he expects the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus to be equipped with the A16 Bionic chip and 6GB of RAM. All four models will have a USB-C port and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X70 modem for 5G and LTE, he said.
As widely rumored, Pu expects the telephoto lens on the iPhone 15 Pro Max to feature periscope technology for increased optical zoom. As for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, Pu expects a 48-megapixel rear camera lens like on iPhone 14 Pro models.
Based on “recent supply chain checks and views on the tech industry,” Pu remains cautious about the stock prices of many companies within Apple’s supply chain. Pu believes that Apple’s product momentum has “turned weak” and he expects iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, and AirPods shipments to decline on a year-over-year basis in 2023.
Pu has a mixed track record in regards to predicting Apple’s future plans, but much of the information he shared today about iPhone 15 models has been previously rumored. Apple is expected to announce its iPhone 15 lineup in September as usual.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse takes place on a Rogetsu Isle in southern Japan, a decade after five young girls mysteriously disappeared at a moonlight festival. When two of the girls are found dead days apart ten years after the initial vanishing, the remaining three teenagers head back to the haunted island to solve the mystery of their friends’ deaths and their hazy memories, while encountering the frightening spirits that inhabit the land.
Along the way, they will enter the Haibara Infirmary. This old hospital is now in ruins, but is the site where Dr. Haibara’s trials to cure “Moonlight Syndrome” eventually turned deadly. The girls will also return to Rogetsu Hall, a sanatorium built for the treatment of “Moonlight Syndrome.” It’s a hotel-like building attached to Haibara Infirmary where only “special guests” can be admitted. Locals refer to Haibara Infirmary as the “old building” and Rogetsu Hall as the “new building.”
Other important locations to explore include the Cape Tsukiyomi Lighthouse and the Yomotsuki Residence. The closest point to the moon on the island, the lighthouse has special meaning for the residents who worship the moon. An ancient shrine has been relocated to the top of the lighthouse. Meanwhile, the Yomotsuki Residence is the birthplace of one of the missing girls, Ruka Minazuki, and visiting this house brings back a flood of important memories. It’s also the home of Ruka’s father, the venerable mask-maker named Soya Yomotsuki. Soya is obsessed with perfecting the “Mask of the Lunar Eclipse” and has been accused by Ruka’s mother, Sayaka Minazuki, of playing a part in Ruka’s disappearance! To reveal the truth behind their disappearance and the shocking deaths, Ruka and friends will need to fight off ghostly spirits and a wanted murderer on their quest to uncover the secrets of their lost memories.

Callisto Protocol devs say “damn clerical error” caused PC frame rate issues

In Ars’ review of The Callisto Protocol last week, our reviewer praised the 60 fps graphics of the game’s Performance mode on the tested PlayStation 5 version. Since the game’s release, though, online forums like Reddit and the game’s Steam reviews have seen widespread complaints of stuttering frame rates and other poor performance on the PC version.
The developers at Striking Distance Studios acknowledged those stuttering problems for “some” PC users Friday afternoon. Later that night, the team released a PC patch “to improve gameplay stuttering issues due to shader compilation.” Testing on the Ars gaming rig (currently sporting an Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 Ti) suggests that the patch was successful and that the latest version of the game can achieve smooth frame rates above 60 frames per second, even on “Ultra” graphics settings.
“Responsible and accountable”
In a post on his personal Twitter account, Striking Distance founder and CEO Glen Schofield attributed those widespread stuttering problems to the wrong file being patched for the launch version of the game, a “freaking error by someone rushing.” In a separate tweet, he referred to the problem as a “damn clerical error.”
“I’ll figure out how this [stuttering] happened but right now my focus is fixing [it],” Schofield tweeted Sunday evening. “All our energy is on that. In the end I’m responsible and accountable.”
Separate from the widely reported PC issues, on Sunday afternoon the game’s official Twitter account announced new patches “for all consoles that should fix frame rate and crash issues that some of you have reported.” Issues with ray-traced reflection on the Xbox Series X remain, however, and the developers promise more information on that issue later in the week.
The Callisto Protocol is the first release for Striking Distance Studios, which originally formed in 2019 to develop games in the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds universe. Schofield, who helped create the Dead Space franchise at Electronic Arts, says that building a big-budget game in just a few years was a major challenge for the new team.
“We’ve stress tested everything but man this is complicated code,” Schofield tweeted. “We even had to build the publishing team so we’ve had our hands filled for 3.5 years. Please bare with me [sic].”
