Prince Harry recalls ‘painfully awkward’ first date with Cressida Bonas

Cressida and Harry, pictured in 2017, dated in university before rekindling their romance after her split from Prince Harry

Harry Wentworth-Stanley, an associate director at estate agents Savills, is the son of Nick Wentworth-Stanley, a debonair Old Etonian, and Clare, now the Marchioness of Milford Haven, who acquired the title upon her second marriage to Harry’s stepfather, the Marquess of Milford Haven.

Before his relationship with his now wife became official, Harry, who is dashingly handsome and 6ft 4in tall, was regarded as one of London’s most eligible bachelors.

He inherited his looks from his mother, Clare, a beauty who remains stunning. There was a brother, James, four years his senior, and younger sister Louisa. When Harry was a child, his mother and father divorced. In 1997, Clare married George, Marquess of Milford Haven, a cousin of the Queen, himself divorced with two children.

The family settled at Great Trippetts, an estate set in 1,000 acres in the Sussex Downs. For a time, life was perfect. Clare stayed on good terms with her former husband, Nick Wentworth-Stanley, who went on to marry Dutch beauty Millie Brenninkmeyer, with whom he had three more children.

Shortly before Christmas 2006, the Marquess and Marchioness and their children went to stay with Nick and his wife in Worcestershire. James, Harry’s elder brother, was recovering from a relatively minor procedure. The operation was a success, but James had become very anxious in the days that followed.

One evening, the family discovered that James had taken his own life. They were shattered by the tragedy.

Clare was floored by her son’s suicide. Touchingly, it was Harry, then 17, who helped her through it. She said in an interview 18 months after James’ death: ‘For the sake of the other children, you have to set an example. If you are strong, it gives them permission to be strong. If you fall to bits, they will.

‘The day after James died, his brother Harry said his biggest fear was that it would destroy me, and that would destroy everything else. It suddenly made me feel how important I was.’

The family set up James’ Place in his memory, a suicide prevention charity for men which now runs centres in London and Liverpool.

The couple had a serious relationship when they were both students at Leeds University. The couple were known to their crowd — for reasons that aren’t entirely clear — as ‘Water-Cress’. The romance petered out when he took off for a gap year to Argentina in 2011 after graduating.

Friends have previously said Cressida wasn’t quite over Harry when another Harry — Prince Harry himself — began pursuing her in the summer of 2012 and a romance began. There were concerts, rugby matches, skiing trips and cosy nights in at Kensington Palace.

However the couple split in 2014 after three years together.

The following year Harry Wentworth-Stanley and Cressida were photographed on a Valentine’s Day date, although their relationship became public and official in 2017.

In August last year Harry proposed while on a trip to the US and the couple’s smiles in the Instagram announcement told followers all they needed to know about their love for each other.

Victor Chang Cardiac Research: Experts reveal vital heart health tips

Heart health experts have revealed the three lifestyle changes that could save your life if taken on board in 2023 – including getting checked for a ‘new’ type of cholesterol.

Australians are urged to get more sleep, swap regular salt for potassium-enriched salt, and consider undergoing a blood test for a new ‘bad’ cholesterol marker.

The vital advice could prevent the development of heart disease, which is currently the leading cause of death in Australia.

Experts from the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute say the life saving tips are easy to follow, research suggests lifestyle changes can reduce the risk of heart disease by 50 per cent.

Heart health experts have revealed the three lifestyle changes that could save your life if taken on board in 2023

Australians are urged to get more sleep, swap regular salt for potassium-enriched salt (left), and consider undergoing a blood test for a new ‘bad’ cholesterol marker. Cholesterol can be caused by genetics, poor diet, smoking, obesity and lack of exercise

Getting a good night’s sleep

New research indicates adults need at least seven to nine hours of sleep a night to keep their hearts healthy, however, approximately a third of all Australians do not get enough sleep.

The American Heart Association has just added healthy sleep as an essential tool for maintaining good heart health, along with not smoking, exercising, and a healthy diet.

‘The evidence is very clear – poor sleep health is linked to heart disease,’ Professor Jason Kovacic of the Victor Chang Institute said.

‘A lack of sleep (less than 7 hours), or too much sleep (more than 9 hours for healthy adults), raises the risk of obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.’

The American Heart Association’s essential eight tips for heart health include healthy sleep, not smoking, exercising, and a healthy diet

Swap the salt

Experts recommend replacing regular salt for potassium-enriched salt which can be bought in Coles and Woolworths for about $3

Experts recommend replacing regular salt for potassium-enriched salt, as potassium has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure.

A study by The George Institute for Global Health demonstrated a significant reduction in rates of stroke, heart attack, and death in people who replaced their regular table salt with a reduced-sodium, added-potassium “salt substitute”.

‘This simple switch really could make a difference to our heart health,’ Professor Kovacic said.

‘While most of the salt we eat is already in the foods we buy, any change we can make at home to our everyday cooking could help keep our blood pressure in a healthy range.’

The cardiologist believes this is one of the easiest changes to make as ‘there is no discernible taste difference’ between the salts.

It’s recommended people speak to their doctor before switching salts as high potassium levels can be dangerous for people with kidney problems or for those that are on certain high blood pressure medications.

A new marker of ‘bad’ cholesterol

Experts have always warned against a bad type of cholesterol called LDL, but there is another type we should also have on our radar called Lipoprotein(a).

Lipoprotein(a) is more associated with genetics rather than lifestyle choices, and is now known to be a cause of atherosclerosis – a major source of heart disease.

High levels of the cholesterol can be picked up in a blood test ordered by your GP and should be undertaken by anyone with a family history of heart disease or by anyone who has had heart disease or stroke at an earlier age than normal.

‘This is not a test everyone should be having but if you suspect heart disease runs in your family, or if you are a male below 55 or a woman below 60 with cardiovascular disease then this test can determine if Lp(a) might be part of the cause,’ Professor Kovacic said.

Experts have always warned against a bad type of cholesterol called LDL, but there is another type we should also have on our radar called Lipoprotein(a)

Three ways to protect your heart health in 2023:

1.  Get at least seven to nine hours of sleep a night.

2.  Replace regular salt for potassium-enriched salt, as potassium has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure.

3.  Get a blood tests for Lipoprotein(a) if you suspect heart disease runs in your family, or if you are a male below 55 or a woman below 60 with cardiovascular disease.

Skip breakfast and you can enjoy one of these delicious feasts while seeing the pounds fall off…

Anyone who has struggled to lose a few pounds might be sceptical that you can enjoy smashed avocado, fried halloumi, kedgeree, or a chorizo omelette for brunch each day and still lose up to 2kg a week.

But on my new Fast 800 keto plan, you absolutely can.

That’s because, by keeping a close track on the latest research, and liaising with top nutritional scientists, I have fine-tuned my approach to weight loss. I have created a clever three-stage process which promises rapid results and sustained slenderness, while eating good quantities of real food.

If you want to lose quite a few pounds rapidly (which studies have found to be highly motivating and the best way to tackle type 2 diabetes), why not skip breakfast and start your day with one of these substantial brunches at midday?

Dr Michael Mosley has combined the best elements of both his Fast 800 and 5:2 diets to turbo-charge your weight loss. In an exclusive extract from his wife Dr Clare Bailey’s new book he reveals all (pictured together)

There’s compelling science behind the health and weight-loss benefits of ‘time restricted eating’ (which means crunching your meals into a 12, ten or even eight-hour window).

Combine this with restricting calories to 800-900 a day to mimic fasting and you end up with an extremely healthy, but powerfully effective weight-loss plan. It encourages the body to go into ketosis, a natural state where you burn fat for fuel.

Breaking your nightly fast with one of these healthy, protein-rich dishes will also keep hunger at bay for longer. And you can follow that with an evening meal of piri-piri chicken, turkey burgers or sausage casserole and you can — if you follow the rules carefully — still find room for a chocolate peanut butter cookie, as long as you keep to a daily intake of 800-900 calories.

The science of weight loss has moved on a lot since the days of cabbage soup, lemon juice, social isolation and boring abstinence.

What’s so impressive about the recipes created by my wife, Dr Clare Bailey, working closely with Kathryn Bruton, is that they have been carefully calibrated to meet the requirements of my weight-loss plan.

All are based on the proven super-healthy principles of the Mediterranean diet.

They are high in protein (known to keep your muscles strong and to keep hunger at bay), low in carbohydrates (so your body can easily hit a turbo-charged fat-burning keto button) and carefully calorie counted, too.

For a slow-but-steady route to weight loss, intersperse your 800-900 calorie ‘fast days’ with more relaxed ‘non-fast’ days (following a 5:2 or 3:4 pattern of intermittent fasting). You can still use these recipes, but increase the portion sizes and add healthy carbs such as wholegrain bread or noodles, brown rice or starchy veg.

MEDICAL NOTE: Rapid weight loss does not suit everyone. If you are frail, have a significant underlying medical condition, are on insulin, have type 2 diabetes and are on medication, are on blood pressure medication, have moderate or severe retinopathy, or have epilepsy or gallstones, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please talk to your doctor before going on this diet. It is not suitable for teenagers, people with a history of an eating disorder, a psychiatric illness, or if unwell, underweight or doing endurance exercise.

Face-tatted woman from viral mugshots reveals makeover after having her ink lasered off

A woman who went viral for her series of mugshots that showcased her heavily-tattooed face has revealed her dramatic transformation after undergoing laser treatments to have the ink removed.

Alyssa Zebrasky, 31, from Ohio, first went viral in December 2018 after she was arrested for shoplifting and drug possession and her mugshots quickly became some of the most memorable out there.

In the photos, she sported numerous face tattoos including a skull design around her eyes, a spider web on her forehead and more skeleton-inspired drawings around her cheeks, nose and lips.

And while she made headlines with her tattoos, she has now unveiled her huge transformation after deciding to rid herself of her face ink.

In 2018, Alyssa Zebrasky, 31, from Ohio, went viral for her series of mugshots that showcased her heavily-tattooed face

Over four years after receiving the ink, she has revealed her dramatic transformation after undergoing laser treatments to have the ink removed

Alyssa began the grueling process of going under the laser in October 2019 so she could feel more ‘normal’ compared to those around her.

Speaking to Removery, the tattoo removal clinic she is undergoing surgery at, Alyssa said: ‘I go into a store, and people stare at me. It makes me uncomfortable.

‘I want to be looked at like a normal person. I live my life just like everybody else.’

Alyssa was told she would need around a dozen sessions, all 20 minutes each, to get rid of her tattoos.

‘When I first started going, they did my cheeks, forehead, and hands because like a tattoo your body can only heal so much at once.’

‘Now the cheeks are gone but we haven’t started around the mouth yet,’ she explained.

The 31-year-old has been open and honest about the painful process and has compared the pain to the feeling of a ‘rubber band snapping against your skin.’

‘The initial pain from the laser I would relate to having a rubber band snapping against your skin, that’s what the laser feels like and then like afterwards it’s sore for 30 minutes.

‘It welts up afterwards and there’s some pain almost like if you spilt oil from the stove on your hand, that’s the closest I can compare to what it feels like on my hands,’ she added.

Becca, a technician who has been working on removing Alyssa’s tattoos, said on the business’s website that she was ‘intimidated’ by the 31-year-old’s appearance when they first began working together.

‘I’ve never seen so many tattoos on someone’s face.  We didn’t know what her background was; why she went to jail,’ she said before adding that she soon discovered Alyssa was ‘funny’ and ‘sweet.’

Alyssa has began feeling more confident about herself as she undergoes the removal process and hopes that by being open about her experience she can help those in similar situations.

‘For a very long time, I felt like I wasn’t free. Like I had to live a certain way because of things that were going on in my life with addiction and self-harm.

She has been taking people along with her on her journey by sharing removal updates on her social media

‘And now, I feel like I don’t have to live like that anymore. I can just live my life — I’m finally free,’ she said.

Alyssa received the face ink over four years ago while in a toxic relationship with her now-ex partner, who was then in a gang she was attempting to join.

Her then-partner advised her to get more face ink if she wanted to be apart of the gang.

Kennedy News reported she went under the needle during two arduous sessions in June 2018, from which she emerged looking like the stuff of nightmares.

Throughout the next few years, Alyssa found herself in police custody three times in just six months.

After going to rehab, the 31-year-old was desperate to rid herself of the face ink once and for all.

She then contacted Ink-nitiatve, a charity in Texas that helps people remove tattoos without any stigma.

Alyssa credits the support of her family and her new partner – who she says has her in the ‘healthiest relationship’ she’s ever been in

Although her body is covered in tattoos, Alyssa noted she only wanted to remove those on her face because they reminded her of her ex-boyfriend

Alyssa credits the support of her family and her new partner – who she says has her in the ‘healthiest relationship’ she’s ever been in – for giving her the strength to overcome her past and encouraging her to share her story.

‘Looking back at those pictures, I just feel disappointed in myself. But I have to remember that I hadn’t worked on myself or tried to learn how to love myself like I have now.

So then I feel proud because change is possible and healing and learning new things are possible. I like being able to look back and see my personal growth.’

Although her body is covered in tattoos, Alyssa noted she only wanted to remove those on her face because they reminded her of her ex-boyfriend – who she said persuaded her to get the spooky design.

Alyssa explained: ‘Initially I said no and then he just kept talking about it. [Now I believe it was] so nobody else would want me.’

She added that she is still recovering from the abuse from her past partner, who only visited her twice while she was in jail.

‘I have to think about that every time I look in the mirror. I started healing mentally from all the stuff I went through with him,’ Alyssa said.

Tammy had been taking her fans along with her on her weight loss journey through her social media as she received treatment at the rehabilitation center.

But when fans noticed her social media account was displaying an error message at the same time she was sent to the hospital and placed on a ventilator after she stopped breathing, they panicked.

Woman suffers from sepsis and HEART FAILURE weeks after recovering from COVID-19

A woman was left fighting for her life after she started suffering from sepsis and heart failure weeks after recovering from COVID-19 – which resulted in her spending 10 days in a coma.

Jamie Waddell, 36, from Springfield, Illinois, tested positive for COVID-19 back in August.

She suffered from ‘body aches, fatigue, fever, and sinus congestion’ for about 10 days before she started to feel better.

After recovering, the 36-year-old returned back to work – but a few weeks later, she suddenly started to feel dizzy and lightheaded while out for a walk.

After recovering, the 36-year-old returned back to work, but a few weeks later, she suddenly started to feel dizzy and lightheaded while out for a walk

Jamie brushed it off, but in the days that followed, she began suffering from ‘overwhelmingly bad’ fatigue which left her ‘barely’ able to move.

She decided to go to the emergency room, and was stunned when doctors told her that she had pneumonia, heart failure and sepsis

She decided to go to the emergency room, and was stunned when doctors told her that she had pneumonia, heart failure and sepsis – all likely caused by the COVID-19 weeks earlier.

By the time she arrived at the hospital, Jamie’s ‘heart and lungs were basically not working’ anymore and her ‘blood pressure and oxygen levels were really low.’

Doctors quickly implanted a device known as an Impella to help her heart pump blood, but they feared she might need a transplant.

She was in a coma for 10 days, but ‘miraculously’ got better on her own. And now, she’s sharing her story as a warning to others.

Jamie – who is vaccinated and boosted – recently spoke to the Today show about the horrifying ordeal, and she recalled feeling surprised over how sick she felt when she caught COVID-19 four months ago.

‘Body aches, fatigue, fever, your respiratory stuff, sinus congestion – I was sick for about 10 days before I started to feel better,’ she said. ‘I did start to feel better. I was back to work.’

What is sepsis?

Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection.

It happens when an infection you already have triggers a chain reaction throughout your body.

Without timely treatment, sepsis can rapidly lead to tissue damage, organ failure and death.

Symptoms include high heart rate or weak pulse, fever, shivering or feeling very cold, confusion or disorientation, shortness of breath, extreme pain or discomfort, and clammy or sweaty skin.

The 36-year-old – who described herself as someone who is ‘very active with no health history’ – normally walks three to five miles a day, but just after Labor Day when she was finishing up one of her daily walks she said she started to feel ‘very faint.’

‘I was walking down the street going, “Oh God, don’t pass out,”‘ she remembered. ‘That’s unusual for me. I am pretty active.

‘[But I thought], “Maybe I just took too long of a walk.” It was fairly warm that day. I didn’t think anything of it and went to work the next day.’

But as she started to get more and more ill, she decided to go to the hospital.

‘At that point, I knew something was wrong. You’re not getting better, you’re just feeling bad. You can barely move,’ she continued.

‘Based on the fact that I kept feeling worse and worse, I’m guessing my heart function had probably been declining over that whole week, and by the time I got to the ER, I was septic.

‘They did an echocardiogram. My heart function was really low. I was in heart failure.’

Doctors were sure Jamie would need a heart transplant, but she thankfully started to improve on her own.

‘We were amazed,’ one of her doctors, Dr. Bow ‘Ben’ Chung, told the outlet. ‘It was miraculous.’

As for the biggest lesson she learned from the incident – don’t push yourself too hard and too fast after recovering from an illness.

Woman reveals she left a tampon inside herself for two years and thought she had Lyme disease

A woman has revealed that she left a tampon inside herself for two years, saying she thought she had Lyme disease until she finally saw a gynecologist.

Melanie Galeaz, 22, from Massachusetts, first shared her shocking story in a now-viral TikTok video, which shows her lip-syncing the lyrics to Lana Del Rey’s ‘Mariners Apartment Complex.’

‘When I accidentally left a tampon in for two years, but I was literally just a teenage girl,’ the ‘Just for Tonight’ author wrote in the on-screen text.

‘Not my proudest moment,’ she added in the caption.

Melanie Galeaz, 22, from Massachusetts, revealed in a now-viral TikTok video that she accidentally left a tampon inside herself for two years when she was a teenager

The short clip has earned more than 16.2 million views and 28,000 comments since it was posted on December 8.

Many TikTok users were baffled by her confession and questioned how she didn’t get toxic shock syndrome (TSS) — a highly dangerous bacterial infection.

‘YOU’RE MEANT TO CHANGE THEM EVERY 2 HOURS NOT EVERY 2 YEARS,’ one person commented, while another asked, ‘How DIDN’T you get toxic shock.’

Galeaz shared the full story in a follow-up video, admitting that she spent years thinking her gynecological issues were related to Lyme disease.

‘When I was little, I got bit by a deer tick and had all the symptoms of Lyme disease,’ she explained. ‘But the tests were kind of confusing if I had it or not.’

Galeaz explained in a follow-up video that she spent years thinking her gynecological issues were related to Lyme disease because she was bitten by a deer tick as a child

Galeaz said the doctors gave her medicine to treat her symptoms, and she was ‘fine’ up until her sophomore year of high school.

‘I started getting all these pains in my body and some really gross stuff was happening down south,’ she recalled. ‘I went to the doctor, but I didn’t really mention the issues happening down south, which I know was my fault.

‘But the doctor was really disregarding me, and he was being mean. It was really embarrassed. I was like 14, and this was really disgusting and embarrassing, so I just didn’t want to deal with it,’ she continued.

‘I kind of just hoped that maybe it was something related to Lyme disease and that I could just ignore it with the meds and it would go away.’

Galeaz said the medicine she was given helped with the pain, but there wasn’t any improvement in her gynecological symptoms.

Galeaz said she started experiencing pain and ‘issues happening down south’ at age 14, but she was embarrassed and never disclosed all of her symptoms to her doctor

Galeaz ignored the symptoms for another two years until she finally went to see a gynecologist. She recalled how the doctor gasped after finding the stuck tampon inside her

‘When I get stressed about something, I ignore it, so I don’t have to deal with it until it goes away,’ she explained. ‘[That] never works, especially in this case.’

Two years later, she was a senior in college, and still having problems. This time, she opted to see a gynecologist.

She added that there was a period in which she had a total of three tampons inside herself as a teen

‘She cranks me open, looks in, and she gasps,’ she recalled. ‘I’m like, “Well, that’s not what you want to hear.” You don’t want to hear someone gasp when they’re looking inside you.

‘And then she says, “You have a tampon stuck horizontally under your cervix.” And I go, “What? What did you just say?”

‘Let’s just say taking it out hurt because it was dissolving inside me, so it kept breaking apart and it was such an unpleasant experience.’

Galeaz noted that the gynecologist didn’t believe her when she said the tampon had been inside her for two years.

‘She was like, “This was not stuck inside you for two years.” I’m like, “Well, I’ve been having these issues for two years, so I don’t know what to tell you,”‘ she explained.

‘Not believing me is fair. Honestly, I have no proof. Me and the tampon have since parted ways,’ she continued. ‘All the pains in my body, it was not Lyme disease. I don’t even think I have Lyme disease…

Many TikTok users were baffled by her confession and questioned how she didn’t get toxic shock syndrome (TSS) – a highly dangerous bacterial infection.

‘The doctors think I had some sort of infection in my body from the tampon, which makes sense. That was just my body’s reaction.

‘For everyone asking about the smell… I [come] from a family that absolutely would have destroyed me for the smell if it had smelled. It didn’t,’ she insisted.

‘At times it did smell very bad, and I was very sad thinking I smelled like that naturally, so I figured out ways to mask it and it did work.’

If the story wasn’t shocking enough, she shared that there was a period in which she had a total of three tampons inside herself as a teen.

‘During that two-year period, I took one out and another came out with it, and I have no idea that one was in for,’ she said. ‘So I had one in me for two years, one in me for an unknown amount of time, and one in me for like eight hours.

‘That’s the story. Please be nice to me. It was stupid, but I am sensitive. Don’t be mean,’ she pleaded at the end of the video.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte match their parents William and Kate outfits for carol concert

The Wales family were perfectly coordinated as they arrived for Kate Middleton’s royal Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey in London today.

Prince George, 9, and his younger sister Princess Charlotte, 7, were mini-mes of their parents Prince William, 40, and Kate Middleton, 40, donning matching outfits as they arrived for the event.

The Princess of Wales upcoming concert will recognise the selfless efforts of communities throughout the UK, highlighting the importance of coming together to support one another.

It is being held on the same day the final three episodes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive Netflix documentary were released.

Twinning: The Prince of Wales, Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and the Princess of Wales wore matching outfits for tonight’s Westminster Abbey carol concert

However, despite the episodes being aired, the Wales family were pictured beaming as they arrived at the London venue hand-in-hand.

Kate nailed festive dressing in a burgundy coat dress, a matching shimmering clutch and gloves, and burgundy heels.

Meanwhile her daughter Charlotte wore a matching £160 burgundy coast from Trotters Heritage.

Prince William donned a complementary shade of navy, wearing a suit in the shade, paired with a matching men’s dress coat. He referenced his wife’s outfit by sporting a tie in burgundy.

The young royals were pictured smiling as they made their way to the venue for the carol concert tonight

Prince George matched his father’s silhouette, in his own navy slacks and dress coat. However, he finished his outfit with a navy and white striped tie.

King Charles and Prince William have both refused to comment on the extraordinary claims made by Harry and Meghan in the explosive finale to their Netflix mini-series.

The Sussexes have used their latest Netflix shows to wound Prince William and King Charles and claim that dark forces blocked the Queen from seeing them before Megxit.

Harry also said his family were upset and jealous of Meghan’s popularity so pursued a vendetta against her because she was ‘doing the job better’ and ‘stealing the limelight’ from ‘those born to do it’.

Coordination: The young royals twinned with their parents, donning clothes in the same colours of burgundy and navy

But today, despite the slew of incendiary claims in three hours of new interviews and footage, Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace declined to comment on anything in the series.

Kate will today host her carol service in Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s honour, in what will be her first since she was given the Princess of Wales title.

It will recognise the selfless efforts of communities throughout the UK, highlighting the importance of coming together to support one another.

Spearheaded by the Princess, it will combine both traditional and modern elements, reaching people of all faiths and none. The service, Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, will then be shown on ITV on Christmas Eve.

It is also set to pay tribute to the late Queen, and will see Westminster Abbey flooded with festive decorations as the world renowned Abbey Choir sing carols and special guests deliver special readings.

The King and Queen Consort will join the Princess of Wales for the service. Kensington Palace confirmed that ‘The New Fab Four’ as they have been dubbed will attend the ceremony together.

It comes after the Princess of Wales shared a video of herself getting creative and decorating a Christmas tree ahead of her royal Christmas carol concert.

In the short clip, which was shared on the Wales’ Instagram Stories yesterday, the royal is seen beaming as she fixes baubles to the branches of a fir tree, as Christmas music plays in the background.

Imposed on the screen is a short caption which says: ‘Final touches before the Together at Christmas carol service tomorrow.’
