Sister Wives ‘ Robyn Brown Says Christine Isn’t Divorced from Kody Until She’s ‘Physical with Another Man’

Sister Wives Star Christine Brown Calls Out Kody Brown for Having a ‘Favorite Wife’ in Season 17 Premiere

Christine Brown and her former Sister Wives aren’t exactly crystal-clear about what really constitutes divorce in a spiritual marriage.

On Sunday’s episode of the TLC series, Kody Brown’s fourth wife, Robyn, opened up about her feelings on Christine’s divorce from Kody after 26 years of marriage.

“Usually our church would [be the one to] say you’re divorced,” Robyn told Christine, Kody and his other wives Janelle and Meri. “You have to go ask for a divorce. You have to get paperwork, you have to get approval. You have to prove that the marriage is broken.”

But, she told Christine: “This is a little different, I guess, because you don’t consider yourself to be part of that church anymore.”

Last November, Christine announced on Instagram that her spiritual marriage to Kody was over. In September 2021, she relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, and still lives there with daughter Truely, 12. (The exes are also parents to son Paedon, 24, and daughters Aspyn, 27, Mykelti, 26, Gwendlyn, 20, and Ysabel, 19. Kody has a total of 18 children between the women.)

“Christine just saying she’s divorced is sort of invalidating our beliefs,” Robyn said in a confessional. “We are spiritually married to Kody by our church. If we want a divorce then we have to go get their approval. Usually they require counseling, lots and lots of meetings and technically, from my understanding, until Christine is physical with another man she’s not divorced. But I don’t know.”

For Christine, who is no longer a member of the Mormon Fundamentalist faith and was never legally married to Kody, her divorce came to effect when she decided the marriage was over.

“Since I don’t have any legal contract that binds me with Kody, there was no legal process that we’ve had to go through,” she explained.

During the episode, Christine also revealed to the family that she sold her home in Flagstaff, Arizona, and was moving to Utah in a week.

“This conversation is not going to be easy,” she said. “It’s not only that my house is under contract, it’s that I’m leaving. This is a pulling-the-rug-out-from-underneath-them kind of a thing.”

Despite the difficulty of ending her plural marriage and starting over, Christine knew the decision was the right one.

“I was 21 when I got married. I’m 49. I’m starting over again,” she said in a confessional. “All I know is that I’m moving forward and I’m moving to something better. I do know I’m moving towards something better. And that’s enough most of the time.”

She continued, “I know without a doubt I have tried for years to make this work. I have a clear conscience knowing that I gave it my best. If people want to look at me and think otherwise, OK — I can’t do anything about that. Being a mom is my most important thing, but I couldn’t with a clear conscience stay married to someone who had favorites and made it very known and someone who is breaking my kids’ hearts. I need to stand with my them instead, and I wanted to do it for them.”

Bold & Beautiful’s Ashley Jones’ Divorced From Joel Henricks, Restraining Order Extended

Bold & Beautiful star moves forward on her journey.

Bold & Beautiful’s Ashley Jones teased a ‘big day today’ and alluded to “exiting one chapter and starting the next,” a little more than a week ago. We can’t help but think she was referring to a significant event in her personal life, one that will have felt like a long time coming.

Jones, who has twice reprised her role of Bridget Forrester on Bold & Beautiful recently, as the skilled doctor flew into action to save Steffy and weighed in on her father Eric’s strange heart rate spikes, was in a philosophical mood of sorts that day. She looked happy, and referred to being “in transition” and remarked, “One day we’ll look back and realize how strong we are and how far we’ve come,” before asking her followers to leave words of encouragement.

Jones promised to explain to her fans what was going on with her, but it was TMZ that broke the news that her anticipated divorce from Joel Henricks had finally been made official.

The outlet claims to have acquired court documents that indicate that not only is Jones and Henricks’ divorce final, but that the pair settled on issues relating to child custody and visitation, division of assets and support.

A restraining order issued to Jones, who fled her home and the marriage amid allegations of physical abuse by Henricks, was reportedly extended to February 2023. TMZ shared a photo of Jones’ hand injury from the alleged assault.

The Bold & Beautiful star will reportedly have custody of their son Hayden for three days per week and every other weekend, while Henricks will see the boy for four hours every Tuesday and Wednesday and alternating weekends. Holidays and school breaks will alternate each year, while Jones will always get her son on Mother’s Day and her birthday.

The outlet reported that no child or spousal support was awarded, and that Jones and Henricks will cover expenses for the boy while he is in their care. She will choose his school and pick up the tab.

Each kept the assets in their personal bank accounts and Jones was awarded a 2017 Mercedes-Benz, while he kept two other vehicles, according to the report.

Hulk Hogan reveals he divorced his second wife Jennifer McDaniel and has a new girlfriend

Hulk Hogan reveals he divorced his second wife Jennifer McDaniel… after fans noticed him with his new girlfriend

  • Hogan, 68, shared news of his divorce on Twitter on Monday
  • Fans had spotted him with his new girlfriend Sky in Clearwater, Florida
  • Court records indicate the wrestler filed for divorce from McDaniel in October
  • The two married in 2010, following his 2007 divorce from Linda Claridge

Hulk Hogan surprised his fans on Monday when he announced on social media that he was already divorced from his second wife Jennifer McDaniel.

The 68-year-old professional wrestling legend shared the news in a tweet that also announced he was dating a new woman named Sky.

Although Hogan didn’t share when he divorced McDaniel, court records obtained by TMZ indicate that he filed for divorce in October 2021.

They’re done: Hulk Hogan, 68, surprised his fans when he announced on Monday on Twitter that he had already divorced his second wife Jennifer McDaniel; seen with McDaniel in 2011

‘Yo Maniacs just for the record, the Facebook and Instagram posts are of me and my girlfriend Sky, I am officially divorced, sorry I thought everyone already knew, love my Maniacs4Life,’ the WWE star wrote.

Prior to the announcement, some of Hogan’s fans had spotted him out with a woman near his home in Clearwater, Florida, TMZ reported.

The two had been spotted at bars and doing karaoke, and he had shared a video to his Facebook account of himself and a woman who appears to be Sky watching another woman perform at a bar.

In a video the wrestler (whose real name is Terry Bollea) posted featuring Poison frontman Bret Michaels, he can be seen introducing ‘my girl Sky’ to the singer, though she mostly stays silent as Hogan talks Michaels into FaceTiming with his son Nick Hogan, 31, whom he said was a big fan.

That’s all she wrote: He noted that fans had noticed his new ‘girlfriend Sky’ in social media posts and clarified that his divorce was already finalized

New girlfriend: Hogan was seen with Sky (L) on Facebook, though he didn’t bother to tag her

Famous meetup: She was also featured in a short video in which he introduced ‘my girl Sky’ to Poison frontman Bret Michaels

Cameo appearance: Sky only made a brief appearance before Hogan convinced Michaels to FaceTime his son Nick Hogan, 31

Hogan’s divorce from McDaniel appears to have been resolved quickly, as the court records indicate it was finalized within 2021 after his October filing.

The couple began dating in 2008 and got engaged in November of the following year before tying the knot in December, 2010, in Clearwater.

Hogan was previously married to Linda Claridge from 1983 until she filed for divorce in 2007.

She claimed at the time that her husband had engaged in several affairs, though he adamantly denied any infidelity at the time.

However, in 2012 — during his marriage to McDaniel — Hogan was caught on tape having sex with Heather Clem, the estranged wife of the radio host Bubba the Love Sponge.

Moving fast: Hogan and McDaniel, whom he married in 2010, finalized their divorce quickly, as he filed in October and it was completed by the end of 2021

First time: He was married to Linda Hogan from 1983 to 2007, when she divorced him. She claimed it was due to his infidelities, though he adamantly denied any affairs at the time; seen in 2005

The tape was filmed by Bubba, and a clip was eventually published by Gawker.

Hogan sued the radio host and his wife for invasion of privacy and later reached a settlement.

He subsequently sued the publication for $100 million, alleging that defamed him, invaded his privacy and caused him emotional pain.

Gawker eventually reached a $31 million settlement with him.

Hulk Hogan divorced from his second wife Jennifer McDaniel

Hulk Hogan announced on Twitter that he is divorced from his second wife Jennifer McDaniel.

Fans on his Facebook page had asked about this because he has been seen recently with his new girlfriend Sky and up until now, there had been no public acknowledgment of what happened with his previous wife.

WrestlingNews.co heard about the divorce several weeks ago but we opted not to write about it because it’s a private matter and Hogan had chosen not to make it public at the time.

Hogan tweeted, “Yo Maniacs just for the record, the Facebook and Instagram posts are of me and my girlfriend Sky,I am officially divorced, sorry I thought everyone already knew, love my Maniacs4Life.”

We wish the best for Hogan and Sky.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver OFFICIALLY DIVORCED over 10 years after separating

Over a decade after separating, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are officially divorced, having reached a $400m deal held up by ‘lack of motivation’.

A sitting judge was required to officially enter the divorce into the court system on Tuesday at L.A. Superior Court after a private judge mediated and signed off on the divorce earlier in December 2021, according to TMZ.

Arnold and Maria famously remained estranged for years after the journalist filed for divorce in July 1, 2011 following news he fathered a child – Joseph Baena – with their housekeeper Mildred Patricia ‘Patty’ Baena.

The divorce remained in limbo for a decade due to both the ‘lack of motivation’ and a complex property settlement agreement, with his empire including a Brentwood mansion, an Idaho holiday home and a number of investment properties.

It’s official! Over a decade after separating, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are officially divorced

The couple, who wed at St Francis Xavier Church, in Hyannis, Massachusetts in 1986, had a reported net worth of over $400 million but had to divide that in half as they had no prenup, according to The Blast.

The actor has made no secret of his forays into the world of real estate and previously revealed he made his first million on property rather than acting. He said: ‘I did not rely on my movie career to make a living’.

He continues to own several property holding companies that own real estate in Los Angeles mainly in Venice Beach. He has a stake in a complex of office buildings, high end houses, and other properties.

It is believed the couple split the property empire. Ultimately, the exes were able to divide their fortune in half fairly evenly, but the exact settlement remains confidential, according to The Blast.

In June, Arnold filed a ‘declaration of disclosure’ indicating that the case is ‘coming to an end,’ according to legal documents obtained by The Blast.

Sources told the outlet the former couple were ‘trying to wrap things up and this is a good sign they are getting close.’

A final declaration of disclosure must be exchanged between divorcing spouses before they ‘can enter into a final agreement, such as a stipulated judgment, that divides assets or addresses support issues,’ according to Farzad Law.

Maria and Arnold married in 1986 and did not have a prenup. They have four children together: Katherine, 32, Christina, 30, Patrick, 28, and Christopher, 24

Arnold and Maria famously remained estranged for years after the journalist filed for divorce in July 2011 following news he fathered a child – Joseph Baena – with their housekeeper Mildred Patricia “Patty” Baena

Prior to Arnold’s recent filing, nothing had been done about his divorce case with Maria in over four years, with ‘the last being an address change for one of Arnold’s lawyers.’

Maria was represented by famous divorce lawyer Laura Wasser while Arnold hired Kristina Royce.

Joseph was born on October 2, 1997, only a few days after Maria gave birth to the couple’s fourth child, Christopher.

But it wasn’t until May of 2011 that it was revealed that the housekeeper’s child was his.

The Terminator star was not aware Joseph was his son until seven or eight years after he was born.

Shriver was reportedly devastated because she was friends with the maid, who had been working in their LA home for many years, and trusted her.

And finding out the father of the maid’s son was actually her husband was crushing.

When asked about Maria filing for divorce and how he’s had time to reflect in a 2017 interview with OBJECTified, the former governor said, ‘I do not need any time to reflect, when I know it was a major, major screw up.’

Despite their split, the exes remained cordial over the years but they have both moved on romantically

Arnold has been dating physical therapist Heather Milligan for over eight years

Maria and Arnold married in 1986 and did not have a prenup. They have four children together: Katherine, 32, Christina, 30, Patrick, 28, and Christopher, 24.

Joseph is now 24-years-old and is close to his action star dad, with the pair often hitting the gym together and sharing their sessions to Instagram.

Despite their split, the exes remained cordial over the years and have both moved on romantically.

Arnold has been dating physical therapist Heather Milligan for over eight years while Maria was in a relationship with Matthew Dowd.

“I never wanted to get divorced,” Paltrow admitted on the podcast. “I never wanted to not be married to the father of my kids, theoretically. But I have learned more about myself through that process than I could have imagined.”

“And because I focused on accountability, I was then able to find the most amazing man and build something that I’ve never had before with Brad [Falchuk], my husband,” she continued.

“I like to fight by shutting down… I leave the room,” she continued. “And he’s like, ‘No,’ he’s like, ‘Absolutely not. We are sitting down and we are figuring this out.’ And he demands that I am honest with myself in a way that is hard for me but which really helps me grow.”

Paltrow couldn’t help but gush over Falchuk’s “amazing qualities” as well.

“It was like being with some kind of jiu-jitsu master where they’re like, ‘I’m going to make you see your own stuff so you can win and advance,'” she said.
