Ben Affleck has put his bachelor pad on the market, just weeks after announcing his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

The couple have been house hunting together over the past few months, and while their deal for a $55million Bel-Air mansion fell through in April, it appears Ben is ready to bid farewell to his former home – and at a huge profit.

The Good Will Hunting star bought the estate for $19million following his divorce from Jennifer Garner in 2018. It is located just a mile away from where his ex-wife lives with their three children – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – and boasts 13,500 square feet of living space, featuring everything from a climate-controlled wine cellar and gym to a wellness room and home cinema.

Meanwhile, in the garden, there is a spacious lawn, a swimming pool with slide, an outdoor kitchen and poolside guest house complete with its own kitchenette and a bathroom.

Ben has now listed the home for sale at $30million, potentially earning him an impressive $11million profit from when he bought it.

Both Ben and Jennifer have their own vast property portfolios, and it is not clear whether they intend to sell more of their individual properties once they move in together, or maintain their investments elsewhere.

Jennifer’s homes are worth an estimated $97million alone, and include a $32.5million waterfront retreat in Miami’s Star Island and a $1.4million Encino cottage that she bought with her former fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

The 53-year-old also owns homes in the Hamptons and New York, along with a family home in Bel-Air, which she bought in 2016 and shares with her twins Max and Emme.

Ben, meanwhile, has an estate on Georgia’s Hampton Island Preserve which he bought back when he and Jennifer were first dating in 2003.

Jason Momoa reportedly living in RV after Lisa Bonet breakup

Jason Momoa appears to be living in a pricey RV parked at a friend’s house in Los Angeles after his breakup with Lisa Bonet.

The “Aquaman” actor, 42, was spotted looking quite comfortable around the $750,000 black camper van earlier this week. The RV is situated at his friend’s pad, near the Topanga Hills home where Bonet, 53, and their two kids live.

Momoa looked less than red carpet worthy, wearing a purple T-shirt with holes and white paint stains splattered across it. His luscious long mane also looked like it could’ve used a good brushing, but his blue jeans seemed clean and slimming.

The “Game of Thrones” alum was also spotted on a quiet walk around the property with his assistant.

While Momoa may have downgraded from his $3.5 million home, his Ford RV isn’t the average camper. The actor had the luxury RV customized by Colorado-based company EarthRoamer.

The star appears to be so dedicated to his second home that he rolled up to the 2018 premiere of “Aquaman” in it.

“He stays in it quite often and has opted to sleep in there instead of getting a hotel on set so he can be by the beach,” a source told the Sun. “He’s really not a private jet, luxury resort kind of guy.”

Momoa’s recent spotting comes two weeks after he and Bonet announced their split after 16 years together.

“The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become,” their joint statement read.

The estranged couple began dating in 2005 and secretly wed in 2017. Their statement emphasized that raising their children, Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 13, is still their top priority. Bonet also has daughter Zoë Kravitz, 33, with her ex-husband, Lenny Kravitz.

Momoa’s rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

There is no doubt this time that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have tied the knot.

The couple officially got hitched on Saturday, less than a month after the No Doubt singer sparked wedding rumors by wearing a diamond band on her left hand.

The ceremony took place at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch, where sources previously said he built a chapel with the intention of marrying Stefani there.

Stefani, 51, and Shelton, 45,  began dating in 2015 after meeting as coaches on NBC’s “The Voice.”

At the time, the rocker and country superstar were both newly divorced.

In July 2015, Shelton filed for divorce from Miranda Lambert, his second wife, after four years of marriage. Then, just weeks later, Stefani and Gavin Rossdale shocked fans by calling it quits after 13 years of marriage and three children.

Since getting together, the musicians have collaborated on a few lovestruck songs, including “Nobody But You,” “Happy Anywhere” and “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.”

The couple announced their engagement in October 2020.

Shelton quietly proposed to the “Rich Girl” singer with a huge, six- to nine-carat round solitaire diamond set on what appeared to be a platinum band.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that the pair would soon be hearing wedding bells after they applied for a marriage license in Oklahoma.
