Michael Lockwood to get full custody of Lisa Marie Presley’s twins Finley and Harper: report

Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood is set to get full custody of the pair’s twins, according to reports.

The 61-year-old father of Finley and Harper, 14, who were left motherless when Lisa Marie Presley died on Jan. 12 of cardiac arrest at age 54, was married to the singer for a decade after tying the knot in 2006.

Despite whispers of a potential custody battle looming between Lockwood and Presley’s other ex-husband, Danny Keough, TMZ reports the twins will live with their father full-time.

Sources close to the family told the outlet that Finley and Harper have been living with their dad since the tragic news about their mother came to light, and are “comfortable” with the living arrangement.

Presley had 60 percent custody of the twins at the time of her death. Under California law, Lockwood would ordinarily get full custody, unless a judge determines he’s not a fit parent.

TMZ previously reported Keough, the father of Presley’s first two kids, was likely to make a bid for custody after having lived with Presley and the twins at the time of her death.

The outlet reported that Keough saw himself as the girls’ stepdad.

Adding fuel to the fire, the outlet added that Keough and Lockwood do not get along — in part because of all the bad blood that was stirred up during Lockwood and Presley’s nasty, five-year divorce battle.

However, the outlet now reports that since Lockwood has reportedly been deemed fit to have full custody, Keough cannot make a play for custody.

It was recently revealed that Graceland, the iconic sprawling estate that once belonged to rock and roll legend Elvis Presley, will go to Riley, Harper, and Finley.

The Graceland mansion always held significance for Lisa Marie Presley and her family. It was her childhood home, and — more notably — it was where her father died aged 42.

Last week, the Presley family announced that a public memorial for Lisa Marie Presley will be held at the property on Jan. 22.

Graceland will go to Lisa Marie Presley’s three daughters

Graceland will go to Lisa Marie Presley’s three daughters — just like she wanted.

After her sudden and tragic passing last week, fans were left wondering who would be inheriting her father Elvis Presley’s famous estate.

The Memphis, Tenn., property — which is in a trust — will benefit Riley Keough, 33, and twins Harper and Finley Lockwood, 14, a representative for Graceland confirmed to People on Monday.

Not only did Lisa Marie grow up in that home, but it’s also where Elvis died in 1977 at age 42 when his daughter was 9.

Graceland was left to Lisa Marie — the King of Rock and Roll’s only child — as part of her inheritance in a trust that dissolved on her 25th birthday in 1993, at which point she became the sole owner of the property.

However, to continue the successful management of the estate, Lisa Marie chose to form a new trust — The Elvis Presley Trust — with her mother, 77-year-old Priscilla Presley, and the National Bank of Commerce.

Over the years, the trustees decided to open Graceland up to the public via a variety of tours and overnight stays.

Elvis purchased the home in 1957 for $100,000. In 2020, Rolling Stone reported its estimated worth to be as much as $500 million.

“Graceland was given to me and will always be mine,” Lisa Marie insisted in 2013. “And then passed to my children. It will never be sold.”

Lisa Marie was adamant that the property stay in the family.

“Graceland was given to me and will always be mine,” she insisted in 2013. “And then passed to my children. It will never be sold.”

On Monday, the Presley family announced that they will be holding a public memorial service for the singer-songwriter on Graceland’s front lawn on Jan. 22 at 9 a.m.

Reps for the family previously told Page Six that Lisa Marie would be laid to rest there next to her dad and son, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in July 2020 at age 27.

Lisa Marie Presley died after second cardiac arrest, family signed DNR

Lisa Marie Presley’s family reportedly signed a do-not-resuscitate order before the singer died following a second cardiac arrest at the hospital.

Sources had previously Page Six that the singer was pronounced brain dead after she was rushed to the hospital Thursday, prompting doctors to put her into a medically-induced coma.

However, with the news of her “critical” condition, the singer’s family decided to sign a DNR in case she suffered another cardiac arrest — which she did, according to TMZ.

Further details of her death come after Lisa Marie was found unresponsive in her California home by her housekeeper Thursday morning. Her first ex-husband, Daniel Keough, who lived with her, performed CPR until EMTs arrived.

However, after EMTs were able to revive her after administering epinephrine, she “coded multiple times” while at the hospital.

On Friday, reps for the family told Page Six that she would be laid to rest next to her father, Elvis Presley, and son Benjamin, who died by suicide, at Graceland.

Despite the late singer reportedly losing the majority of her $100 million inheritance over the years, Elvis’ home is worth $400 to $500 million, according to Rolling Stone.

An official cause of death has yet to be released and Page Six sources said there were no drugs at the scene.

Why Rosie O’Donnell skipped Barbara Walters tribute

Rosie O’Donnell was not present for “The View” co-hosts’ tribute to the late Barbara Walters on Tuesday due to scheduling conflicts.

“She was flying back and unable to attend,” the “Rosie O’Donnell Show” alum’s rep tells Page Six on Tuesday.

“She has posted wonderful memories of her relationship with Barbara.”

Immediately after Walters passed away on Dec. 30 at age 93, O’Donnell took to her Instagram to commemorate the iconic journalist.

“What a long and eventful legendary life she had,” the “League of Their Own” star said.

Rosie O’Donnell was unable to pay tribute to Barbara Walters on “The View” because she was busy traveling, her rep claims.

“I was lucky enough to be in her orbit for a good many years and we saw a lot of Broadway shows together … May she rest in peace and may everyone remember just what barriers she broke down for women. She really did. She was the first and will always be remembered.”

A spokesperson for “The View” pointed out to TV Line on Tuesday that they extended an invitation for O’Donnell to participate in an on-air tribute aside from her social media post.

Walters died on Dec. 30. Her cause of death has not yet been revealed.

On Tuesday’s episode, past and present co-hosts of “The View,” including Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin, paid homage to the legendary newswoman.

“It was surreal,” Lisa Ling, who was a panelist on “The View” alongside Walters from 1999 to 2022, said of her time on the show. “I had been watching Barbara all of my life and here she was sitting next to me on my left and it was just an incredible feeling.”

Sherri Shepherd, who was a co-host on “The View” from 2007 to 2014, added that she felt Walters “ferociously” defended her while on the show.

In a separate segment, “View” veterans Star Jones and Debbie Matenopoulos also reminisced on working with Walters.

Meredith Vieira, who was a co-host on “The View” from 1997 to 2006 and was the show’s first moderator, called in via the phone since she was not feeling well.

“She’s ill — that’s why she can’t be here, but she’s a trooper. She’s on the phone,” Behar pointed out.

Sara Haines added to Vieira, “I know that you didn’t want to miss honoring Barbara.”

The longtime newswoman then went on to credit Walters for being the reason the talk show got off the ground, noting, “We had lousy ratings in the beginning, but there was such respect for Barbara amongst the people at ABC that they kept it going and look at it now.”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck could also not be present in the studio, but called in via video conference and talked about how she considered Walters her “TV mom” and “mentor.”

Viewers took to social media during the show’s airing to call out O’Donnell’s absence.

“I know the show has bad blood with Rosie O’Donnell, but it would’ve been nice if they’d included her today. #theview,” one person tweeted.

Another wrote, “I wish @Rosie was included on the @TheView’s remembrance of Barbara Walters show. #TheView#RosieODonnell.”

“I was lucky enough to be in her orbit,” O’Donnell said moments after news broke of Walters’ passing.
Rosie/Instagram

Some speculated that the pair’s rocky relationship in the past may have played a role in O’Donnell’s decision.

However, the “Smilf” alum’s rep adds to Page Six, “They did NOT have a rocky relationship. It was repaired many years ago.”

In 2019, it was reported that Walters once allegedly threatened to quit “The View” due to her grievances with the comedian.

However, O’Donnell owned up to her part in the alleged feud in the tell-all book, “Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View,” and admitted she “said some things she shouldn’t have” to Walters.

‘9-1-1’ and ‘The Rookie’ actor Tyler Sanders’ cause of death revealed

After months of speculation, an autopsy has revealed the cause of death for “9-1-1: Lone Star” and “The Rookie” star Tyler Sanders, who was discovered dead in his Los Angeles home in June.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, the 18-year-old “Fear The Walking Dead” actor died from the effects of fentanyl in what authorities have declared an accident, TMZ reported.

The coroner noted Sanders had sent a text message to his friend the night before he died, telling them that he was using the narcotic. However, the former child star didn’t respond to messages after his initial text.

Authorities also discovered a straw and white powder in the room where he died, per the report.

And while Sanders didn’t have any known medical problems, he reportedly had a history of abusing various substances, including including heroin, cocaine, LSD, mushrooms and Xanax, the outlet reported.

The report comes after the Californian was was found dead at his Los Angeles home, where he lived alone, on June 16. Police responded to a call about a male who was found not breathing, whereupon they discovered the teen alone and pronounced him dead shortly thereafter.

At the time, Sanders’ cause of death was listed as “deferred,” meaning the medical examiner is “requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies. Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination.”

Sanders entered show business at age 10.

Sanders, who entered showbiz at age 10, is perhaps known for starring in “9-1-1: Lone Star” opposite Rob Lowe. He also appeared “The Rookie,” “Fear the Walking Dead” and the Amazon Prime series “Just Add Magic: Mystery City.”

Also a student of stand-up comedy and improv, the rising star earned a 2021 Daytime Emmy nomination for his role as Leo in the “Just Add Magic” spin-off, and has a pair of independent films currently in postproduction, per to his IMDb.com profile.

Sanders was also active on social media, boasting an Instagram page with over 12,000 followers, where frequently shared photos of himself with his co-stars, friends and other nature-filled adventures.

In his last post before his death, the young talent posted a snap of himself sporting a sharp blue suit in glasses while visiting Vail, Colorado. The post was captioned: “Styling.”

The tragic news comes less than two weeks after authorities revealed that deceased TikTok star Cooper Noriega, who was also found dead in June in Los Angeles, had died of “combined effects of alprazolam, fentanyl and lorazepam.”

Meanwhile, fentanyl seizures at the US border with Mexico have continued to surge in 2022, with multiple busts setting different records throughout the year.

“A decade ago, we didn’t even know about fentanyl, and now it’s a national crisis,” U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman said in a press release in August. “The amount of fentanyl we are seizing at the border is staggering.”

Grossman’s comments came as the Justice Department revealed that ports of entry in San Diego and Imperial counties in Southern California were at the center of a surge in fentanyl seizures at the border, accounting for roughly 60% of seizures of the deadly drug in 2022.

However, that rise has been seen at ports across the border, with law enforcement agencies on both the Mexican and American sides making record-setting busts in 2022. Here are just a few of the border fentanyl busts that made headlines in 2022.
