Kanye West suspect in battery investigation after throwing woman’s phone away

Kanye West is reportedly under investigation after he allegedly yanked a woman’s phone out of her hand and tossed it when she refused to stop filming him.

According to a viral video, the rapper-turned-fashion designer was leaving his daughter North’s basketball game when he noticed that he was being followed by paps.

Although unclear if the woman was a pap or simply a fan, he allegedly got out of his car and confronted her while she filmed him from inside her own vehicle.

“You didn’t have to run up on me like that,” he told the woman, who held her phone to his face.

“If I say stop, stop with your cameras!”

When the woman tried to argue that she could film him because he was “a celebrity,” Ye allegedly reached into her car, grabbed her phone and tossed it away.

As he walked away, he allegedly confronted another pap. However, it’s unclear what he told him to get him to back off.

It’s unknown how long the woman was allegedly filming West, 45, and what happened before he got out of his car that caused him to confront her.

According to TMZ‘s police sources, deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. and were provided video evidence of the incident.

Per the outlet’s report, the woman was photographed leaving the sheriff’s department and talking to police officers.

West has since been named as a suspect in a battery investigation, TMZ alleged.

West seemingly got out of his car to confront a woman who had been filming him.

However, that wasn’t the only time West begged to be left alone today. In another part of the clip, after he had gotten back into his car, he pulled up in front of a group of paps who were capturing the entire incident on camera.

“You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that?” Ye told the pap, who tried to defend himself by saying that “there’s a hundred of us.”

“Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me,” West continued. “It’s called human rights.”

West was seemingly aggravated that paps had been photographing him while at North’s basketball game.

Again, when the pap tried to say that they were allowed to snap his photo because they were in a public street, Ye simply stared at him before driving off with his new “bride” Bianca Censori, 27, in the passenger seat.

Ye’s face-off with the paps comes just one day after he was spotted shopping at Balenciaga with Censori — even after they cut ties with him for spewing anti-Semitic comments on social media.

He was seen perusing the store’s footwear selection with the Australian Yeezy employee he reportedly married in a non-legal ceremony earlier this month.

Despite this seemingly happy new chapter in Ye’s life, sources told Page Six that the Kardashians are worried about the rushed wedding.

“The family isn’t taking this as a marriage yet,” the insider said. “They don’t know what it is. They aren’t sure if it is a PR stunt. They are waiting to see if he files for papers. They are nervous because if it’s real, she would be in the children’s life.”

Kim Kardashian and West, who share four children, finalized their divorce in 2022 after seven years of marriage.

Jen Shah not attending ‘RHOSLC’ reunion, blasts Bravo

In not-so-Shah-mazing news, Jen Shah will not be attending the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” Season 3 reunion “under legal advice” — and she is not happy about it.

Shah — who is set to be sentenced next month for wire fraud — told her Instagram followers Friday that the decision had been reached after discussing with Bravo the topics she would and would not be able to touch upon during filming of the reunion.

“I was clear with Bravo that out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order, I would not be in a position to discuss anything related to my legal case or sentencing,” she explained, claiming that the network “found this unsatisfactory and said they expected to discuss this ‘storyline.’”

“That expectation has no regard for me or my family’s well-being,” Shah wrote. “So under legal advice, I will not be attending reunion.”

The “Housewife,” 49, added that she needs to “focus on the most important thing” in her life right now, which is her “family.” She and husband Sharrieff share two sons: Sharrieff Jr. and Omar.

Sources familiar with the situation confirmed to Page Six that Shah “was invited” to this year’s reunion but “declined under the advice of her lawyers.”

According to the reality star, she was “informed” by Bravo in September that she was “not invited” to the reunion.

The reality star blasted Bravo, claiming the network “expected” her to discuss the “storyline” of her legal case.

“I was disappointed because I would have no venue to confront inaccuracies and address my storyline with cast members,” she explained.

However, “out of nowhere” on Nov. 29, she received an invitation, which she said made her feel “elated” to be able to “have a voice” during the shoot.

Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

“That expectation has no regard for me or my family’s well-being,” she wrote.

Shah’s co-star Meredith Marks recently advocated for her friend to have a seat on Andy Cohen’s reunion couches.

“I certainly hope that Jen has the chance to have a voice,” Marks explained to Page Six’s Evan Real and Danny Murphy at the “Virtual Reali-tea” podcast live taping earlier this month.

“Obviously as the season progresses and transpires, she’s hearing things that she didn’t know about. That’s what happens to all of us. And so for her to not have a chance to address that, to me, would be very sad.”

Andy Cohen insinuated at BravoCon that Shah changing her plea to guilty in her federal fraud case had solidified her exit from the show.

After the current season is done airing, fans might not see much of Shah. At BravoCon in October, Cohen insinuated that the “RHOSLC” star would no longer be on the show after she changed her plea to guilty in July.

“Once we wrapped [filming for Season 3, and] she pled guilty, I think that was kind of, unfortunately, the end of, you know, the engagement there,” he told inquiring attendees.

“But I hope to sit down with her and talk to her at some point on camera because I have a lot of questions for her.”

Shah was arrested last March during Season 2 of the series for allegedly running a nationwide telemarketing scheme that targeted hundreds of people, predominantly the elderly.

Her plea deal calls for up to 14 years in federal prison and restitution of up to $9.5 million.

Tiffany Haddish claims she lost all jobs amid child molestation lawsuit

Tiffany Haddish claims she “lost everything” as a result of the now-dismissed allegations of child molestation and grooming made against her and fellow comic Aries Spears.

“All my gigs, gone. Everything, gone,” she told TMZ on Wednesday. “I don’t have no job, bro.”

According to IMDB, Haddish, 42, has two projects in post-production, but none that she is currently filming or listed as in pre-production.

She also has no upcoming tour dates for her comedy tour, per Ticketmaster.

Haddish and Spears, 47, were accused of grooming and molesting a brother and sister when they were 14 and 7 years old, respectively, in a lawsuit filed earlier this month.

The alleged victims claimed Haddish coerced them into participating in explicit comedy skits.

One of the shoots allegedly involved the “Girls Trip” star teaching the alleged victim’s sister, known only as Jane Doe in court records, how to mimic fellatio for a skit about kids arguing over a sub sandwich.

The suit also claimed that the little boy was molested by Haddish and Spears while filming a disturbing video published via Funny Or Die and more online platforms, titled “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.”

However, the two siblings who made the accusations dismissed the lawsuit this week.

“My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us,” the woman told TMZ on Tuesday, on behalf of herself and her brother.

“We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.”

For his part, Spears previously slammed the claims, calling them “extortion.”

Why Britney Spears thinks conservatorship was ‘premeditated’

Britney Spears believes her parents, Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, along with an unnamed woman, “premeditated” plans to put her in a conservatorship.

In a bombshell audio clip briefly posted on YouTube Sunday, the pop star, 40, talked about the moments leading up to when she was taken to a hospital on an involuntary psychiatric hold for the second time in January 2008.

“Honestly to this day, I don’t know what, really, I did,” Britney said. “You have to imagine, none of it made sense to me.”

The “Hold Me Closer” singer said the night prior to police and medics arriving at her house, she had a sleepover with Lynne, now 67, two girlfriends and her mother’s friend. She did not name the latter, but previous reports identified Lynne’s pal as Jacqueline Butcher.

Britney said in the audio clip that her mom seemingly tried to warn her about the imminent hospitalization, telling her that she had “heard” people were coming to “talk” to the “Toxic” singer and even suggesting, “‘We should probably go to a hotel or something.’

“I never really understood what she meant,” the “Overprotected” singer said. “I didn’t believe her. Like, is a lawyer coming here? Who is coming here?”

Britney said about four hours after that chat, “over 200” paparazzi were videotaping her through a window of an ambulance as she was being taken away.

“I know now it was all premeditated,” she claimed. “A woman introduced the idea to my dad, and my mom helped him actually follow through and made it all happen.”

Britney did not go into detail about the “woman” who allegedly introduced the idea of a conservatorship to Jamie, but business manager Lou Taylor of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group has been accused of playing a pivotal role in the guardianship.

Lynne was one of the first to call out Taylor, 57, in her 2008 book, “Through the Storm.”

“Jamie was going to file for the conservatorship on January 22 … but he and his business manager, Lou, felt God leading them to wait, fast and pray, despite the frustration of a phalanx of lawyers,” the Rodans and Fields consultant wrote.

Britney’s parents, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears, have denied wrongdoing.

More recently, emails that Taylor allegedly sent to Jamie at the onset of the conservatorship were included in public court documents in July.

In one of the exchanges, the business manager alerted Britney’s dad that she had “talked to” his then-lawyers, Geraldine Wyle and Jeryll Cohen, about Andrew Wallet, the attorney who would go on to help manage Britney’s money for 11 years, and that Wallet and Tri Star would “serve as co’s [co-conservators]” with Jamie.

However, attorney Scott Edelman previously told Page Six on behalf of Taylor that the emails are “materially misleading.”

“As all the evidence makes abundantly clear, the conservatorship was set up on the recommendation of legal counsel, not Tri Star, and approved by the court for more than 12 [sic] years,” the lawyer added. “In fact, Tri Star was not even the business manager for the conservatorship when it was established.”

Taylor has also denied her role in the conservatorship, claiming in a statement to Page Six in September 2021 that said she played “no role whatsoever.”

Britney said she spoke “in a British accent” to a doctor prior to her 2008 hospitalization.

However, Britney maintained in her bombshell audio clip that she was “set up.”

“There was no drugs in my system, no alcohol, nothing,” the “Stronger” singer insisted. “It was pure abuse, and I haven’t even really shared even half of it.”

Butcher, Lynne’s pal, previously came forward to express her regret over the role she played.

“At the time, I thought we were helping,” she told the New Yorker in July 2021. “And I wasn’t, and I helped a corrupt family seize all this control.”

A Los Angeles judge terminated Britney’s conservatorship in November 2021, saying it was “no longer required.”

‘The Flash’ star Ezra Miller apologizes, seeking treatment

Ezra Miller says they are seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues” amid multiple legal scandals.

In a statement, Miller, who identifies as nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, apologized for their behavior in recent years that has led to arrests stemming from abuse and assault allegations.

“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” Miller told Variety via a statement from their rep.

“I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”

Miller, 29, has been embroiled in legal trouble all over the US since the start of the year.

The “Fantastic Beasts” actor was arrested in March in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and later pleaded no contest. They were also accused of allegedly throwing a chair at a woman and being the subject of 10 911 emergency calls in less than a month in the same state.

Miller, 29, was most recently charged with burglary.

Just three months later, Miller was accused of grooming a teenager with “cult-like” behavior. The teen’s parents filed a lawsuit in Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court that claimed the actor “uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.”

Tokata, however, denied the statements made by their family and friends on social media.

That same month, Miller was accused of housing three young children and their mother at a weapon-filled farm in Vermont. Two sources told Rolling Stone at the time that they feared for the safety of the children, aged 1 to 5, but the mother insisted that she and her children were fine, adding that Miller helped her escape from an allegedly “violent and abusive ex” and gave her “a safe environment for [her] three very young children.”

Earlier this month, the “Fantastic Beasts” actor was charged with burglary after allegedly stealing alcohol from a home in Vermont.

Ezra Miller charged with felony burglary in Vermont

Embattled actor Ezra Miller is in legal trouble again — this time for allegedly stealing booze from a home in Vermont.

Miller, 29, was charged with felony burglary and is accused of stealing several bottles of alcohol from a house in Stamford earlier this year, according to a newly released police report.

“The Flash” star was charged after the homeowners — who weren’t home at the time of the alleged burglary — reported the missing bottles to police on May 1. A subsequent investigation, in which police reviewed surveillance videos, led cops to charge Miller.

Police caught up to Miller — who uses they/them pronouns — more than three months later on Aug. 7 and issued them a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 to be arraigned on the charge.

The charge is the latest allegation the “Perks of Being a Wallflower” actor has racked up over the past year.

In late June, Rolling Stone reported that Miller was housing a mother and her three young children in their allegedly drug-and-gun-filled Vermont farmhouse.

Miller was arrested on two separate incidents in Hawaii earlier this year.

They were also arrested in Hawaii in March for disorderly conduct and in April for second-degree assault. They were accused of being the subject of 10 calls to 911 in less than a month during their stay in the Aloha State.

The actor has also been accused of grooming young girls in a cult-like situation.

At the end of June, multiple victims of Miller’s alleged abuse broke their silence on their interactions with the troubled actor.

‘Shahs of Sunset’ star Mike Shouhed charged with domestic violence

“Shahs of Sunset” star Mike Shouhed was slapped with 14 criminal charges including domestic violence.

Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer charged Shouhed with various misdemeanors such as battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness from making a report, legal documents obtained by Page Six show.

The reality star is also facing weapons charges, including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon.

The charges stem from his March 27 arrest for “intimate partner violence with injury,” Page Six exclusively reported at the time.

It was unclear if the victim was Shouhed’s fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen, though the documents state that the victim was a 31-year-old female.

Ben-Cohen turned 32 in June.

The Bravolebrity was booked around 1:05 a.m. local time on March 28, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department court records showed.

Shouhed, 43, was charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, which is a felony, per the sheriff’s department.

About a week after Shouhed’s legal troubles began, Bravo canceled “Shahs of Sunset” after nine seasons, with sources telling us that it became “too expensive to make,” while a Ryan Seacrest Productions source claimed the show simply “ran its course.”

Without a reality series to air their drama on, Ben-Cohen addressed her fiancé’s domestic violence arrest through her attorney.

The couple are still together.

“We are working with the authorities to seek a just and fair outcome to this sad situation,” attorney Josh Ritter told us in April. “The family appreciates your space and respect for their privacy during this time.”

The pair, who have been an item since 2019, are still together and even took a trip to Mexico after Shouhed’s altercation. They stayed at the Garza Blanca Resort & Spa, but sources at the hotel told TMZ at the time that Shouhed and Ben-Cohen barely spoke and did not engage in much PDA.

Kanye West under investigation for alleged battery

Kanye West is under investigation for alleged criminal battery in Los Angeles, a spokeswoman for the LAPD confirmed to Page Six.

The “Donda” performer, 44, allegedly got into an argument that turned physical around 3 a.m. local time Thursday when a fan asked West for his autograph while he was sitting in his SUV outside of the private club Soho Warehouse, Fox 11 first reported.

West allegedly punched the fan, who fell to the ground, and the case is being investigated as misdemeanor battery, which carries a maximum jail sentence of six months.

Reps for West didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment. The LAPD declined to provide details beyond confirming the investigation.

TMZ obtained a video of an apparent irate West, who could be heard yelling, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not?

“‘Cause that’s what happened right f–king now.”

As Page Six reported, West was with girlfriend Julia Fox and a variety of celebrities, including Evan Ross, Madonna and Antonio Brown, at restaurant-club Delilah Wednesday night.

West and Fox, 31, were photographed making out as she walked the Yeezy designer to his SUV, as he ended up leaving Delilah while she stayed behind at the hotspot.

The “Stronger” rapper, who is in the midst of a divorce from Kim Kardashian, has been in LA for at least a week, hitting up various sceney restaurants alongside Fox and Brown, 33, and even grabbing dinner with Jared Kushner.

“It was a purely private dinner,” an insider exclusively told us of West and Kushner’s night out. “No business agenda.”
